造紙白泥處理含磷污水的研究

【摘要】:為了防治水體富營養(yǎng)化,關鍵是控制排放水中的磷含量。造紙白泥是一種水處理多功能基質材料,研究該材料處理含磷污水的效果及主要影響因素,結果表明,造紙白泥對處理含磷污水具有良好的效果。處理含磷質量濃度為30 mg/L的污水,當白泥投加量為8 g/L,溶液初始pH值為2,反應時間1 h時除磷效果最佳,除磷率達90.5%。造紙白泥顆粒細小,比表面積大,具有良好的吸附性能;同時,白泥顆粒在酸性條件下可放出Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Al3+等大量活性離子并可釋放堿度與污水中PO_4~(3-)發(fā)生表面化學沉淀反應,可實現(xiàn)吸附-沉淀協(xié)同作用,除磷效果好,處理成本低,并實現(xiàn)以廢治廢,是除磷的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent water eutrophication, the key is to control the phosphorus content in the discharged water.White mud for papermaking is a kind of multifunctional matrix material for water treatment. The effect of the material on treatment of phosphorous wastewater and its main influencing factors are studied. The results show that the white mud has a good effect on the treatment of phosphorous wastewater.When the amount of white mud was 8 g / L, the initial pH value of solution was 2, and the reaction time was 1 h, the removal efficiency of phosphorus from wastewater containing 30 mg/L of phosphorus was the best, and the removal rate of phosphorus was 90.5%.It is an effective way to remove phosphorus by realizing synergistic effect of adsorption-precipitation, good phosphorus removal effect, low treatment cost and waste treatment.
