【摘要】:近年來,隨著醫(yī)藥化工行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,醫(yī)藥化工廢氣污染已經(jīng)成為一個大問題。本設(shè)計對浙江省某醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)新建生產(chǎn)項目和其輔助的公用工程所帶來的廢氣污染問題進(jìn)行治理工程設(shè)計。設(shè)計內(nèi)容包括對無組織廢氣的控制提出一系列措施,對有組織廢氣的收集系統(tǒng)、處理工藝和處理設(shè)備進(jìn)行設(shè)計計算及選型,對竣工的廢氣治理工程進(jìn)行調(diào)試并對治理效果進(jìn)行監(jiān)測和評價。在無組織廢氣治理方面,本設(shè)計對特定點位的無組織廢氣進(jìn)行了治理和收集.在有組織廢氣治理方面,設(shè)計了1#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)和2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng).其中,1#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)中采用"一級水洗+二級酸洗氧化+三級械洗"的處理工藝,設(shè)計采用填料塔,設(shè)計風(fēng)量為2200 m3/h;2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)采用"一級酸洗氧化+二級械洗"的處理工藝,設(shè)計采用填料塔,設(shè)計風(fēng)量為2000m3/h。每套廢氣處理系統(tǒng)配置相應(yīng)的輔助設(shè)備,如風(fēng)機(jī),循環(huán)泵、循環(huán)槽、加藥罐等。對1#和2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行工程調(diào)試,確定了1#和2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)的最終處理工藝分別為"水洗+酸洗氧化+堿洗"和"酸洗氧化+堿洗",氧化劑皆為次氯酸鈉,最佳處理參數(shù)為:酸洗氧化塔pH=2~3,ORP=800~900mV;堿洗塔pH=10~11。連續(xù)補充新鮮吸收液,確保穩(wěn)定的吸收效率。廢氣處理工程實施后有效地去除了環(huán)氧氯丙烷、甲醇、氨氣和硫化氫等污染物,建設(shè)完成后的1#和2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)出口廢氣以及廠界無組織廢氣監(jiān)測結(jié)果顯示,1#出口廢氣環(huán)氧氯丙烷排放濃度和速率分別為0.99mg/m3、2.15kg/h,甲醇排放濃度和速率分別為33.5 mg/m3、0.056 kg/h,氨氣排放濃度和速率分別為4.14 mg/m3、7.0×10-3 kg/h;2#出口廢氣硫化氫排放濃度和速率分別為4.52 mg/m3、7.94×10-3kg/h,惡臭平均濃度為1140;廠界3個監(jiān)測點的甲醇濃度為1.70mg/m3、2.03 mg/m3、2.64 mg/m3,氨氣濃度為0.897 mg/m3、0.900 mg/m3、0.835 mg/m3。均能達(dá)到相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。廢氣治理工程一次性投資為128萬元,運行費用為1016元/天,具有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會效益,有利于區(qū)域空氣環(huán)境的改善和民眾的身體健康。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of medicine and chemical industry, the exhaust gas pollution has become a big problem.This design is designed to control the exhaust gas pollution caused by a new production project and auxiliary public works in a pharmaceutical and chemical enterprise in Zhejiang province.The design content includes a series of measures to control the unorganized exhaust gas. The collection system, the treatment process and the treatment equipment of the organized waste gas are designed, calculated and selected.Debug the completed waste gas treatment project and monitor and evaluate the treatment effect.In the aspect of unorganized waste gas treatment, this design has carried on the treatment and the collection to the special spot unorganized exhaust gas.In the aspect of organized waste gas treatment, the 1# waste gas treatment system and 2# exhaust gas treatment system are designed.In the waste gas treatment system, the process of "one stage water washing, two stage acid pickling and oxidation three stage mechanical washing" is adopted, and the packing tower is used in the design.The designed air volume is 2200 m3 / hnhn2#. The process of "one stage acid pickling and oxidation two stage mechanical washing" is adopted in the system. The packing tower is used and the design air volume is 2000m3 / h.Each exhaust gas treatment system is equipped with appropriate auxiliary equipment, such as fan, circulating pump, circulating tank, dosing tank and so on.The final treatment processes of 1# and 2# waste gas treatment systems were determined as "pickling, oxidation, alkali washing" and "pickling and oxidizing alkali washing", respectively, and the oxidants were sodium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorate, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorate, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorate, respectively.The optimum treatment parameters were as follows: ph ~ (2 +) ~ (2) ~ 3 ~ (-1) ORP ~ (800) ~ 900mV in an acid pickling oxidation tower and pH 10 ~ (-1) ~ (11) in an alkaline washing tower.Continuously replenish fresh absorbent to ensure stable absorption efficiency.After the waste gas treatment project was implemented, pollutants such as epichlorohydrin, methanol, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were effectively removed.After the completion of the construction, the emission concentration and rate of epichlorohydrin were 0.99 mg / m ~ (3) kg / h and 3.15 kg / h, respectively, and the concentration and rate of methanol emission were 33.5 mg / m ~ (-3) kg / h and 0.056 kg / h, respectively.Can reach the relevant standards.The exhaust gas treatment project has a one-time investment of 1.28 million yuan and an operating cost of 1016 yuan per day. It has certain economic, environmental and social benefits, and is conducive to the improvement of the regional air environment and the health of the people.
