膜分離集成技術處理冶金企業(yè)廢水及工程示范

【摘要】:冶金工業(yè)廢水排放量大、成分復雜含各種有機和無機浮選藥劑,重金屬離子、鹽分等含量非常高,已經(jīng)成為水處理領域全球性難題。針對冶金企業(yè)不同來源的污水,本文開展膜分離集成技術處理冶金企業(yè)廢水及工程示范研究,以實現(xiàn)廢水處理及資源化利用。本文以湖北省某冶金企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的廢水為例,篩選了幾種不同來源的廢水并采用Fenton氧化、超濾、膜蒸餾等先進的水處理工藝進行處理。真空泵循環(huán)水處理工藝研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)過Fenton氧化-超濾工藝處理后水質清澈,濁度由4.76MTU 降到 0.04NTU,COD 由 340 降到 33.20mg/L,油含量由 1.15 mg/L 降到0.41 mg/L。這表明該工藝對濁度、油和有機物有了很好的去除,廢水回收率可達到90%以上,完全滿足回用指標要求,可以進行中試示范。外排廢水經(jīng)過超濾-除鹽工藝(化學沉淀法,納濾或膜蒸餾)處理。結果表明,傳統(tǒng)的硫化劑沉淀法對于除鹽效果不好。納濾處理使電導從115000 S/m降低到83500S/m,鹽濃度有一定降低,但是濃度依然很高。絮凝沉淀-膜蒸餾技術可以實現(xiàn)70%的水回用,其余30%的水可以通過沉淀或者萃取等手段分離水中的重金屬離子。但是膜蒸餾尚處于實驗階段,對于擴大化生產(chǎn)還有一定的難度。最后,本文完成了 Fenton氧化-砂濾-超濾集成工藝處理酸性真空泵工作水設計方案,并建立了 200m3/天示范工程系統(tǒng)。廢水處理后達到回用率大于90%,其中產(chǎn)水水質COD≤100mg/L,油含量≤0.50mg/L,濁度≤0.2NTU,滿足企業(yè)回用水質指標要求。通過二年的實際運行數(shù)據(jù)驗證工藝的可靠性,為TIPS法PVDF超濾膜在強酸性環(huán)境下穩(wěn)定運行提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。該工藝經(jīng)濟分析顯示其每年可回用2.64-3.90萬m3廢水,同時可以實現(xiàn)節(jié)約自來水和減少廢水排量的目的,具有良好的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。
[Abstract]:The wastewater of metallurgical industry has been a global problem in the field of water treatment because of its large amount of discharge, complex composition and various organic and inorganic flotation reagents, heavy metal ions, salt and so on.Aiming at the wastewater from different sources of metallurgical enterprises, this paper carried out a demonstration study on the treatment of wastewater from metallurgical enterprises by membrane separation and integration technology and engineering demonstration, in order to realize the treatment of wastewater and utilization of resources.Taking wastewater from a metallurgical enterprise in Hubei province as an example, several kinds of wastewater from different sources were screened and treated by advanced water treatment processes such as Fenton oxidation, ultrafiltration and membrane distillation.The results of vacuum pump circulating water treatment showed that after Fenton oxidation and ultrafiltration treatment, the water quality was clear, the turbidity was decreased from 340 to 0.04NTUUCOD from 340 to 33.20 mg / L, and the oil content was reduced from 1.15 mg/L to 0.41 mg / L.This shows that the process can remove turbidity, oil and organic matter well, and the recovery rate of wastewater can reach more than 90%, which fully meets the requirements of reuse index and can be demonstrated in pilot test.Effluents are treated by ultrafiltration-desalination (chemical precipitation, nanofiltration or membrane distillation).The results show that the traditional precipitation method of vulcanizing agent is not good for desalting.Nanofiltration reduced the conductance from 115000 S / m to 83500S / m, and the salt concentration decreased, but the concentration was still very high.The flocculation precipitation-membrane distillation technique can reuse 70% of the water, and the remaining 30% of the water can be separated by precipitation or extraction.However, membrane distillation is still in the experimental stage, and it is still difficult to enlarge the production.Finally, the design scheme of Fenton oxidation-sand filter-ultrafiltration integrated process for the treatment of acid vacuum pump working water is completed, and the 200m3/ days demonstration engineering system is established.After wastewater treatment, the reuse rate is more than 90, in which the water quality COD 鈮,
