【摘要】：正2017年11月4日,以"藍(lán)碳發(fā)展:科技與責(zé)任"為主題的2017年藍(lán)碳國(guó)際論壇在廈門(mén)召開(kāi),國(guó)家海洋局副局長(zhǎng)林山青出席開(kāi)幕式并致辭,來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)外藍(lán)碳領(lǐng)域的知名專家、學(xué)者以及管理工作者200多人齊聚中國(guó)廈門(mén)共同探討藍(lán)碳發(fā)展。2009年,聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境規(guī)劃署、聯(lián)合國(guó)糧農(nóng)組織和聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織人齊聚中國(guó)廈門(mén)共同探討藍(lán)碳發(fā)展。2009年,聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境規(guī)劃署、聯(lián)合國(guó)糧農(nóng)組織和聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織政府間海洋學(xué)委員會(huì)(IOC/UNESCO)聯(lián)合發(fā)布《藍(lán)碳:健康海洋固碳作用的評(píng)估報(bào)告》,確認(rèn)了海洋在全
[Abstract]:On November 4, 2017, the 2017 International Forum on Blue and carbon Development: science and Technology and responsibility was held in Xiamen. Lin Shanqing, deputy director of the State Oceanic Administration, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.More than 200 scholars and managers gathered in Xiamen, China, to discuss the development of blue carbon. In 2009, the United Nations Environment Programme, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization gathered in Xiamen, China, to discuss the development of blue carbon.The United Nations Environment Programme, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization jointly released "Blue carbon: an Assessment of the carbon sequestration effects of healthy Oceans", which confirms the role of the oceans in the whole of the world.
