紫外活化過硫酸鹽對甲基橙脫色處理實驗研究

【摘要】:采用紫外活化光催化劑過硫酸鹽對廢水中的甲基橙進行脫色處理,研究反應(yīng)pH、溫度、過硫酸鹽投加量、初始甲基橙濃度及投加銳鈦礦TiO_2、共存陰離子(HCO_3~-、Cl~-)對甲基橙脫色速率的影響。結(jié)果表明:甲基橙氧化去除過程符合準(zhǔn)一級動力學(xué),反應(yīng)最佳pH為9.0。在pH=9.0、過硫酸鹽投加量0.5 mmol/L、甲基橙初始濃度100 mg/L、反應(yīng)溫度25℃時,經(jīng)90 min光催化反應(yīng),甲基橙脫色效率可達87.6%,反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)k為0.096 min~(-1)。甲基橙的去除速率隨溫度升高而增大,隨甲基橙初始濃度的增加而減小;投加適量的TiO_2(200 mg/L)可提高甲基橙的去除速率,而TiO_2投加量過多(200 mg/L)將抑制甲基橙氧化分解。廢水中共存HCO_3~-離子時,甲基橙的去除速率下降,而Cl~-(0~200 mg/L)對甲基橙的去除速率無影響。
[Abstract]:UV activated photocatalyst persulfate was used to decolorize methyl orange in wastewater. The effects of reaction pH, temperature, dosage of persulfate, initial concentration of methyl orange and anion on decolorization rate of methyl orange were studied.The results show that the removal process of methyl orange accords with the quasi-first-order kinetics and the optimum pH is 9.0.The decolorization efficiency of methyl orange was up to 87.6 and the rate constant k was 0.096 min ~ (-1) after photocatalytic reaction at 25 鈩,
