一種低溫等離子體協(xié)同光催化的空氣凈化裝置

【摘要】:工業(yè)企業(yè)生成的大量廢氣、廢水對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)境造成了嚴(yán)重污染,緩解方式為采用高效空氣凈化裝置和污水處理裝置。該文針對(duì)低溫等離子體易產(chǎn)生副產(chǎn)物氮氧化物和臭氧,光催化對(duì)可見(jiàn)光響應(yīng)弱、光量子利用效率低的缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種高效能的空氣凈化裝置,以達(dá)到減少副產(chǎn)物排放,提高凈化能效的目的。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了單獨(dú)低溫等離子體、單獨(dú)光催化及2種技術(shù)協(xié)同情況下對(duì)污染物甲醛去除效果的影響,并對(duì)比了三者作用時(shí)的降解率。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,風(fēng)管為九宮格形與風(fēng)管為普通方形相比,有利于提高光催化去除甲醛的效率;2種技術(shù)協(xié)同后可有效提高污染物甲醛的去除效果,同時(shí)減少氮氧化物的排放,提高凈化能效,并可將臭氧變廢為寶用以工業(yè)廢水處理。
[Abstract]:A large amount of waste gas and waste water produced by industrial enterprises have caused serious pollution to the environment of our country. The methods of mitigation are high efficiency air purification device and sewage treatment device. In this paper, nitrogen oxide and ozone, the by-products of low temperature plasma, are easy to be produced. Due to the weak response of photocatalysis to visible light and the low efficiency of quantum utilization of light, a highly efficient air purifying device is designed to reduce by-product emissions and improve the efficiency of purification. The effect of photocatalysis alone and two technologies on the removal of formaldehyde was studied. The results showed that the air duct was H5 home page and the air duct was square. It is beneficial to improve the efficiency of photocatalytic removal of formaldehyde and can effectively improve the removal efficiency of pollutant formaldehyde, reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides, improve the efficiency of purification, and turn ozone into a treasure for industrial wastewater treatment.
