中溫煅燒分離回收釩冶煉廢渣硫酸銨與硫酸鈉

【摘要】:以攀枝花煉鋼廠沉釩廢渣(提取釩后冶煉廢渣)為原料,采用預(yù)處理、中溫煅燒和回收硫酸鈉硫酸銨處理工藝,探討原料水分及顆粒大小、煅燒溫度、煅燒時(shí)間以及攪拌次數(shù)等對(duì)硫酸鈉和硫酸銨混合結(jié)晶物產(chǎn)品純度及有效回收率的影響.通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn),確定了比較理想的分離回收工藝條件為:干燥溫度120℃,干燥時(shí)間1 h,干燥后原料中水分可由18.9%降至5.0%;煅燒溫度為400℃,煅燒時(shí)間3 h,攪拌3次.分離所得硫酸鈉和硫酸銨的純度分別可達(dá)到90.56%和94.41%,有效回收率分別為91.31%和21.51%.通過(guò)此方法分離產(chǎn)物硫酸銨與硫酸鈉可用作生產(chǎn)原料,實(shí)現(xiàn)固廢資源化,避免環(huán)境污染.
[Abstract]:The vanadium precipitated waste residue of Panzhihua steelmaking plant was used as raw material, pretreatment, medium temperature calcination and recovery of sodium sulfate ammonium sulfate were used to discuss the moisture content and particle size of raw material, calcination temperature, etc. The effects of calcination time and stirring times on the purity and effective recovery rate of sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate mixed crystal products were studied.
