聚硅酸鋁鎂-羧甲基纖維素鈉復(fù)合絮凝劑的制備及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以硅酸鈉、硫酸鋁、硫酸鎂、羧甲基纖維素鈉為原料,制備了聚硅酸鋁鎂-羧甲基纖維素鈉(PSi AM-CMC)無機(jī)-有機(jī)復(fù)合絮凝劑并應(yīng)用于模擬的松花江水樣的處理。結(jié)果表明,在n(Al+Mg)/n(Si)=0.6、n(Mg)∶n(Al)=1∶4、m(CMC)/m(Si)=0.3、羧甲基纖維素鈉糊化溫度為60℃、p H=2的條件下,制備的PSi AM-CMC對(duì)模擬江水的絮凝效果最好,色度、濁度去除率可達(dá)98%以上。采用SEM、FTIR、XRD對(duì)絮凝劑的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明,PSi AM-CMC不是聚硅酸、金屬鹽和羧甲基纖維素鈉的混合物,而是通過縮聚和配位反應(yīng),形成的一種兼具無機(jī)和有機(jī)絮凝劑優(yōu)點(diǎn)的物質(zhì)。
