【摘要】：本研究使用中國(guó)35個(gè)大中城市的公眾對(duì)城市環(huán)境滿(mǎn)意度和城市環(huán)境客觀績(jī)效數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)回歸分析的方法,對(duì)二者關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究結(jié)果表明:增加城市環(huán)境投入并不一定能帶來(lái)公眾滿(mǎn)意度水平的提升,與理論假設(shè)不符;公眾滿(mǎn)意度與城市環(huán)境客觀績(jī)效中的效率呈現(xiàn)顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,表明提高效率有助于滿(mǎn)意度水平提升;公眾滿(mǎn)意度與客觀績(jī)效的效果性呈現(xiàn)極其顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,比起投入類(lèi)和效率類(lèi)指標(biāo)與滿(mǎn)意度的關(guān)系更加緊密,可見(jiàn)當(dāng)前中國(guó)城市環(huán)境績(jī)效需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注并提高城市環(huán)境治理效果。研究最后從投入、產(chǎn)出和過(guò)程3個(gè)角度提出了提升城市環(huán)境公眾滿(mǎn)意度的相關(guān)策略。
[Abstract]:This study uses Chinese 35 large and medium-sized city of city public environment and city environment satisfaction objective performance data, by regression analysis method, the empirical analysis of the relationship between the two, the results show that the increase of city environmental input does not necessarily bring the public satisfaction level, is inconsistent with the theory hypothesis; the efficiency of public satisfaction with the city in the environment of objective performance showed significant positive correlation, that is helpful to improve efficiency and improve the level of public satisfaction; effect of satisfaction and objective performance are positively correlated significantly, compared to the relationship between the investment and efficiency indicators and satisfaction more closely, the Chinese city environmental performance need to focus on and improve the effect of environment study on the governance city. Finally from 3 aspects of input, output and process is proposed to enhance public satisfaction with the environment of the city related Strategy.
