熔融鹽反應(yīng)器流體動(dòng)力特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:危險(xiǎn)廢棄物污染問題已引起國(guó)際社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,如何在快速發(fā)展現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的同時(shí)又有效的保護(hù)環(huán)境是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展中迫切需要解決的問題。熔融鹽處理技術(shù)在危險(xiǎn)廢棄物處置方面具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,然而對(duì)熔融鹽處理技術(shù)的研究還不夠全面。本文對(duì)熔融鹽反應(yīng)器的流體動(dòng)力特性進(jìn)行了深入研究,為熔融鹽反應(yīng)器設(shè)計(jì)和反應(yīng)條件選擇提供理論依據(jù)。在熔融鹽反應(yīng)器冷態(tài)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置上,采用壓差傳感器實(shí)時(shí)采集壓力波動(dòng)信號(hào),對(duì)壓力波動(dòng)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和頻譜分析,獲得流體動(dòng)力特性的變化規(guī)律。重點(diǎn)研究了不同直徑、不同浸沒深度、不同肋型的進(jìn)氣管參數(shù)對(duì)局部氣含率、流型等流體動(dòng)力特性的影響。在熔融鹽反應(yīng)器冷態(tài)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置上,采用攝影法研究了表觀氣速、進(jìn)氣管參數(shù)對(duì)流型的影響,總結(jié)了進(jìn)氣管參數(shù)對(duì)平均氣含率、氣泡停留時(shí)間等流體動(dòng)力特性的影響。從流體動(dòng)力特性的角度提出了改進(jìn)熔融鹽反應(yīng)器和熔融鹽反應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件的方法。'在高溫熔融鹽反應(yīng)器上,用熔融鹽氧化法處置廢棄線路板,考察了反應(yīng)溫度、過量空氣系數(shù)、表觀氣速、進(jìn)氣管肋型對(duì)煙氣的影響。同時(shí)對(duì)熔融鹽反應(yīng)器的流體動(dòng)力特性研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Hazardous waste pollution problem has aroused widespread concern in the international community, environmental protection and how to effectively in the rapid development of modern industry and is the urgent need to solve the problems in the development of modern industry. Molten salt processing technology has a wide application prospect in hazardous waste disposal, but the processing technology of molten salt is not comprehensive enough. The hydrodynamic characteristics of the molten salt reactor is studied, to provide the theory foundation for the selection of molten salt reactor design and reaction conditions. In the molten salt reactor cold model experimental apparatus, using pressure difference sensor to collect pressure fluctuation signals of pressure fluctuation were analyzed statistical analysis and spectrum variation to get the fluid dynamic characteristics. Focusing on the different diameter, different immersion depth, rate of gas containing parameters on different rib type pipe flow The influence of hydrodynamic characteristics. In the molten salt reactor cold model experiment, study the superficial gas velocity by the photographic method, the influence of inlet pipe parameters of convection type, summarizes the intake pipe parameters on average gas holdup, influence of dynamic characteristics of bubble residence time of fluid. The improved method of experimental conditions of melt salt reactor and molten salt reaction. In the molten salt reactor is put forward from the hydrodynamic characteristics of the angle, disposal of waste printed circuit boards by molten salt oxidation method, the effects of reaction temperature, excess air coefficient, superficial gas velocity, inlet pipe effect of flue gas rib type. At the same time to study the dynamic characteristics of the fluid on the conclusion the molten salt reactor is verified.
