【摘要】：生態(tài)文明是人類對農(nóng)業(yè)文明時期人與自然關(guān)系整體觀的堅持,和對工業(yè)文明反省的結(jié)果�？萍紕�(chuàng)新成果的不當(dāng)使用是造成生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的重要因素,學(xué)術(shù)界普遍認(rèn)為生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的解決還得依靠科技的力量,走科技生態(tài)化的道路。但在現(xiàn)有研究中,專門從科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化的視角研究生態(tài)文明的文獻(xiàn)較少,特別是科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化對生態(tài)文明的作用方式和路徑問題等相關(guān)研究較少。本文以生態(tài)文明理論和科技創(chuàng)新思想,及科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化對生態(tài)文明的作用為理論分析,結(jié)合生態(tài)美福建建設(shè)的存在的問題分析,提出科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化促進(jìn)生態(tài)美福建建設(shè)的對策。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:第一部分:提出問題,第一章闡述了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容與方法、創(chuàng)新與不足,重點(diǎn)梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行述評,提出本研究的問題,即科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化視閾下生態(tài)美福建建設(shè)的作用及對策。第二部分:分析問題,包括第二章、第三章和第四章。第二章:著重介紹了馬克思主義的生態(tài)文明理論和科技創(chuàng)新思想。第三章:分析了現(xiàn)代科技的負(fù)面效應(yīng),提出科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化是科技發(fā)展的必然趨勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化對生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的作用。第四章:梳理了生態(tài)美福建的提出過程和內(nèi)涵,分析了生態(tài)美福建建設(shè)在福建及全國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的地位,對存在的問題特別是科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化視閾下生態(tài)美福建建設(shè)存在的問題進(jìn)行了著重分析。第三部分:解決問題部分,包括第五章和第六章。第五章:在前面理論分析和現(xiàn)實(shí)分析基礎(chǔ)上,從加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化意識、能力培育、生態(tài)監(jiān)管等六個方面提出科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化促進(jìn)生態(tài)美福建建設(shè)的對策。第六章:對本研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),對未解決的問題進(jìn)行歸納和梳理,并對以后的研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Ecological civilization is the result of mankind's adherence to the holistic view of the relationship between man and nature during the period of agricultural civilization and the reflection on industrial civilization. The improper use of scientific and technological innovations is an important factor causing ecological and environmental problems. The academic circles generally think that the solution of ecological environment problems must rely on the strength of science and technology, and take the path of ecological science and technology. However, in the existing research, there are few documents that study ecological civilization from the perspective of ecological innovation of science and technology. In particular, there are few studies on the role of ecological innovation in ecological civilization. This paper takes the theory of ecological civilization and the thought of scientific and technological innovation, and the role of ecological innovation of scientific and technological innovation on ecological civilization as the theoretical analysis. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of ecological beauty Fujian, the countermeasures for promoting the ecological construction of Fujian with scientific and technological innovation are put forward. The specific research contents are as follows: the first part: put forward the questions, the first chapter expounds the research background of this paper. The research significance, research content and method, innovation and insufficiency, especially combing the domestic and foreign literature on ecological civilization construction, and carrying on the review, put forward the question of this research, That is, the role and countermeasures of ecological beauty construction in Fujian under the ecological perspective of scientific and technological innovation. The second part: analysis of problems, including the second chapter, Chapter III and Chapter 4th. Chapter two: the introduction of Marxist theory of ecological civilization and scientific and technological innovation. Chapter three: the analysis of the negative effects of modern science and technology, It is pointed out that the ecological innovation of science and technology is the inevitable trend of the development of science and technology. On this basis, the paper analyzes the function of the ecological innovation of science and technology on the construction of ecological civilization. Chapter 4th: combing the process and connotation of the proposition of Fujian Province of ecological beauty, This paper analyzes on the status of the construction of ecological beauty Fujian in Fujian and the modernization of the whole country, and analyzes the existing problems, especially the problems existing in the construction of ecological beauty of Fujian under the ecological perspective of scientific and technological innovation. It includes 5th chapters and 6th chapters. 5th chapters: on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical analysis, we should strengthen the ecological consciousness of scientific and technological innovation and cultivate the ability. Ecological supervision and other six aspects of scientific and technological innovation ecological to promote the construction of Fujian countermeasures. 6th chapter: summary of this study, unsolved problems summarized and combed, and the future research prospects.
