沒食子酸加工廢水生化出水的深度處理工藝比較研究

【摘要】:以沒食子酸加工廢水生化出水為研究對象,以色度和COD去除率為參考指標,研究了Fenton氧化、活性炭吸附、臭氧氧化、聚合硫酸鐵-聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化鋁-聚丙烯酰胺復(fù)合絮凝的處理效果并進行了經(jīng)濟可行性分析。結(jié)果表明,除臭氧氧化外,其他處理方法出水色度和COD均分別低于50和100 mg/L;Fenton氧化法的藥劑成本最低,但存在流程較長,且出水p H較低,還需調(diào)節(jié)p H等缺陷,運行成本高;在達到同樣的出水色度和COD情況下,聚合氯化鋁-聚丙烯酰胺絮凝經(jīng)濟效益最佳。
[Abstract]:The oxidation of Fenton, adsorption of activated carbon and ozone oxidation were studied by taking the biochemical effluent from Gallic acid processing wastewater as the research object and the chromaticity and COD removal efficiency as the reference index. The treatment effect of polyferric sulfate polyacrylamide and polyaluminium chloride polyacrylamide composite flocculation was analyzed and the economic feasibility was analyzed. The results showed that, in addition to ozone oxidation, The effluent chromaticity and COD of other treatment methods are lower than 50 mg / L and 100 mg / L Fenton oxidation process respectively, but the process is longer, the effluent pH is lower, the defects of pH and so on need to be adjusted, and the running cost is high. Under the same chroma of effluent and COD, the flocculation efficiency of polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide is the best.
