煉焦過程中多環(huán)芳烴產(chǎn)生排放影響因素分析

【摘要】:分別以單煤、配煤為原料,實驗室煉焦?fàn)t模擬制備焦炭,對煉焦過程中產(chǎn)生排放的多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)進行收集、檢測,研究結(jié)焦溫度、結(jié)焦過程和煤質(zhì)的黏結(jié)性、灰分、水分對煉焦過程中多環(huán)芳烴產(chǎn)生排放的影響。結(jié)果表明:煉焦溫度為700~920℃時,多環(huán)芳烴產(chǎn)生排放量最高;結(jié)焦的特點、煤焦油以及熱解產(chǎn)物等因素對煉焦初期多環(huán)芳烴的產(chǎn)生排放量影響較大,且低環(huán)多環(huán)芳烴產(chǎn)生排放較多;多環(huán)芳烴產(chǎn)生排放量隨煤的黏結(jié)性和灰分的增加而增大,隨水分的增加則先減少后增大。
