【摘要】：建筑垃圾的再生利用是建筑全壽命周期中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),是實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑領(lǐng)域資源節(jié)約和節(jié)能減排的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),對建筑廢棄物的再生利用的研究已然成為我國城市更新建設(shè)工作中的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。市政道路工程中一般對集料的強(qiáng)度要求不高,且不涉及到安全問題,更重要的是道路工程中再生集料應(yīng)用量巨大,廢棄物再生集料的應(yīng)用潛力非常大。因此,將建筑廢棄物有效利用于市政道路工程可能是解決建筑垃圾圍城、資源再利用的最快速、最簡易和最有效的途徑之一。本文就建筑廢棄物再生骨料在市政道路工程中應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開展了相關(guān)的研究和分析,主要得到以下研究成果:(1)建筑廢棄物的再生過程中的關(guān)鍵工藝是將建筑廢棄物材料的破碎與篩分進(jìn)行有機(jī)的銜接,這個流程的銜接關(guān)鍵在于提高建筑廢棄物材料的破碎效率。進(jìn)行建筑廢棄物預(yù)篩分不僅可以有效的去除建筑廢棄物當(dāng)中的粒徑較小的顆粒,還可以去除建筑廢棄物材料當(dāng)中的水份,為提高建筑廢棄物篩分效率打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。(2)按建筑廢棄物的組成情況以及技術(shù)指標(biāo)檢測結(jié)果,可將其用于市政道路的瀝青路面面層、半剛性基層、墊層等部位。(3)建筑廢棄物再生骨料可應(yīng)用于排水基層,相關(guān)的檢測結(jié)果表明其彎沉值等技術(shù)指標(biāo)均在相關(guān)規(guī)范要求范圍以內(nèi)。(4)建筑廢棄物再生骨料可應(yīng)用于市政道路瀝青路面中,室內(nèi)試驗及試驗段取芯結(jié)果表明材料具有良好的路用性能。(5)在管理層面上對建筑廢棄物處理的方式方法進(jìn)行研究,以廣州市為研究對象,提出了對于建筑廢棄物在政府以及相關(guān)部門和企業(yè)層面上的處理問題,并提出來相關(guān)的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:The recycling and utilization of construction waste is an important link in the whole life cycle of the building, and it is the key link to realize the resource saving and energy saving and emission reduction in the construction field. The research on the recycling of construction waste has become an urgent task in the urban renewal and construction of our country. Generally speaking, the intensity of aggregate is not high in municipal road engineering, and it does not involve safety problems. More importantly, the application of recycled aggregate in road engineering is huge, and the application potential of waste recycled aggregate is very great. Therefore, the effective use of construction waste in municipal road engineering may be to solve the problem of building waste besieging. One of the fastest, easiest and most effective ways to reuse resources. This paper has carried out relevant research and analysis on the key technology of application of recycled aggregate of construction waste in municipal road engineering. The key process in the regeneration process of construction waste is the organic link between the crushing and screening of construction waste materials. The key to this process is to improve the crushing efficiency of construction waste materials. It can also remove water from construction waste materials and lay a good foundation for improving the screening efficiency of construction waste. (2) according to the composition of construction waste and the test results of technical indicators, it can be used in the asphalt pavement surface of municipal roads. Semi-rigid base, cushion, etc.) recycled aggregate from construction waste can be used in drainage base. The relevant test results show that its deflection value and other technical indexes are within the scope of relevant specifications. 4) the recycled aggregate of construction waste can be used in the asphalt pavement of municipal road. The results of indoor test and coring of test section show that the material has good road performance. (5) on the level of management, the methods and methods of disposal of construction waste are studied, and Guangzhou City is taken as the research object. The disposal of construction waste at the level of government and related departments and enterprises is put forward, and some suggestions and suggestions are put forward.
