【摘要】：綠色發(fā)展理念從提出到現(xiàn)在一直受到學界的重點關注,目前對綠色發(fā)展理念的認識需要進一步深化,對于綠色發(fā)展的元理論需要深入研究和系統(tǒng)的梳理。本文運用馬克思主義價值論的理論范式對綠色發(fā)展理念進行闡釋,通過對綠色發(fā)展這種價值理念的生成、內涵、實現(xiàn)這三個層面梳理與回答了關于綠色發(fā)展價值理念的一些基本理論問題。首先,研究了綠色發(fā)展價值理念的生成問題。綠色發(fā)展價值理念總結了中西方現(xiàn)代化、工業(yè)化過程中的環(huán)境代價和負價值,同時汲取了人類生態(tài)價值思想的精華。從價值理念生成的過程來看,綠色發(fā)展價值理念大致經歷了人類中心主義——生態(tài)運動與綠黨崛起——可持續(xù)發(fā)展——綠色發(fā)展的四個階段。這個過程中充分汲取了人類處理人與自然關系價值思想的精華,克服人類中心主義價值思想束縛,找到一條綠色發(fā)展的道路。其次,研究了綠色發(fā)展價值理念的內涵問題。作為馬克思主義生態(tài)價值觀在當代中國的新發(fā)展,綠色發(fā)展價值理念包含著基本內涵和根本價值思想兩個方面。其中綠色構成了綠色發(fā)展價值理念的基本內涵,其核心思想就是實現(xiàn)人與自然的和解與和諧、獲取最大的效率與效益。同時綠色發(fā)展價值理念還內蘊著人民主體、和諧、新的效益觀、新的公平觀的根本價值思想。最后,研究了綠色發(fā)展價值理念的實現(xiàn)問題。人是價值的最高原則,是發(fā)展的最終目的。踐行綠色發(fā)展價值理念必須遵循反映社會主義的本質特征、立足社會主義初級階段的國情、遵循價值觀形成和發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律等原則,運用政策調控、輿論引導、思想教育、法制建設、自身修養(yǎng)等具體路徑使綠色發(fā)展價值理念貫穿社會發(fā)展的始終。
[Abstract]:The concept of green development has been the focus of attention of the academic community since it was put forward. At present, the understanding of the concept of green development needs to be further deepened. The meta-theory of green development needs to be deeply studied and systematically combed. This paper uses the theoretical paradigm of Marxist theory of value to explain the concept of green development, through the generation and connotation of the concept of value of green development. The realization of these three levels combs and answers some basic theoretical questions about the concept of value of green development. Firstly, it studies the generation of the concept of value of green development. The concept of value of green development summarizes the modernization of China and the West. The environmental cost and negative value in the process of industrialization, at the same time absorbing the essence of human ecological value thought. The value concept of green development has roughly experienced the four stages of anthropocentrism ecological movement and the rise of the Green Party sustainable development and green development. This process has fully absorbed the essence of the value thought of human beings dealing with the relationship between man and nature. To overcome the shackles of the value thought of anthropocentrism, to find a way of green development. Secondly, to study the connotation of the value concept of green development. As a new development of Marxist ecological values in contemporary China, The concept of green development value contains two aspects: basic connotation and fundamental value thought, among which green constitutes the basic connotation of the concept of green development value, and its core idea is to achieve reconciliation and harmony between man and nature. Get the maximum efficiency and benefit. At the same time, the concept of green development value also contains people's main body, harmony, new benefit view, new fair view of fundamental value thought. This paper studies the realization of the value concept of green development. Human being is the supreme principle of value and the ultimate goal of development. The practice of the value concept of green development must follow the essential characteristics of socialism and be based on the national conditions in the primary stage of socialism. Following the principles of the objective law of the formation and development of values, using the specific paths of policy control, public opinion guidance, ideological education, legal system construction and self-cultivation, the value concept of green development runs through the development of society all the time.
