ARGG工藝重油催化裂化裝置節(jié)能降耗的研究

【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)催化裂化裝置的能耗非常高,已經(jīng)占煉油工業(yè)總能耗的30%以上,采取有效的技術(shù)改造方法降低催化裂化裝置能耗,對(duì)煉油企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),降低能耗是至關(guān)重要的。本論文針對(duì)大慶煉化公司1.8Mt/aARGG裝置,采用北京石油化工科學(xué)研究院開(kāi)發(fā)的ARGG專利技術(shù),主要包括反應(yīng)-再生系統(tǒng)、分餾系統(tǒng)、穩(wěn)定系統(tǒng)、干氣和液態(tài)烴及汽油脫硫系統(tǒng)、煙氣余熱回收系統(tǒng)。于2009年9月檢修期間實(shí)施MIP-CGP技術(shù)改造,使穩(wěn)定汽油烯烴含量降低10個(gè)單位以上,產(chǎn)品分布和油品質(zhì)量得到有效提高,裝置能耗在一定范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生了明顯降低的現(xiàn)象,根據(jù)工業(yè)標(biāo)定數(shù)據(jù),分析了裝置能耗高的主要原因?yàn)?油漿管線和換熱器管束流速低,系統(tǒng)易結(jié)焦,內(nèi)提升管曾經(jīng)被磨穿,胺液再生塔經(jīng)常波動(dòng),胺液再生質(zhì)量差,外取熱本體有熱點(diǎn),制約裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的瓶頸因素等。經(jīng)過(guò)科研人員和檢修人員的扎實(shí)工作,通過(guò)對(duì)煙氣輪機(jī)、反應(yīng)汽提段、進(jìn)料噴嘴、余鍋系統(tǒng)、汽油精制等系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了一系列的技術(shù)改造,實(shí)現(xiàn)裝置催化劑單耗降低;油漿外甩量降低;降低了裝置非計(jì)劃停工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。催化劑單耗下降每年可節(jié)約催化劑690.20噸,催化劑不含稅單價(jià)18325.43元/t,每年節(jié)約輔助材料費(fèi)用1265萬(wàn)元。沉降器旋分效率提高,油漿固體物含量下降,可將油漿產(chǎn)率控制在合理范圍內(nèi)(4.5%),目的產(chǎn)品收率提高,ARGG裝置催化裂化汽柴油產(chǎn)量增加。
[Abstract]:At present, the energy consumption of FCC units in China is very high, accounting for more than 30% of the total energy consumption in the refining industry. It is very important to reduce energy consumption. In this paper, the ARGG patent technology developed by Beijing Petrochemical Research Institute is adopted for the 1.8 Mt / a ARGG plant of Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company, which mainly includes reaction-regeneration system, fractionation system, stabilization system, etc. Dry gas, liquid hydrocarbon and gasoline desulphurization system, flue gas waste heat recovery system. During the maintenance period in September 2009, MIP-CGP technology was carried out to reduce the olefin content of stable gasoline by more than 10 units, and the product distribution and oil product quality were effectively improved. According to the industrial calibration data, the main reasons for the high energy consumption of the plant are as follows: the flow rate of slurry pipeline and heat exchanger tube bundle is low, the system is easily coked, and the inner riser pipe has been worn through. The regeneration tower of amine liquid often fluctuates, the regeneration quality of amine liquid is poor, there are hot spots in the external heat extraction body, the bottleneck factors that restrict the long period operation of the device, etc. Through the solid work of the scientific research personnel and the maintenance personnel, through the flue gas turbine, the reaction stripping section, A series of technical revamping have been carried out in the feed nozzle, residual pot system and gasoline refining system to reduce the unit consumption of catalyst and the quantity of oil slurry. The reduction of unit consumption of catalyst can save 690.20 tons of catalyst per year, the unit price of catalyst is 18325.43 yuan / t without tax, and the cost of auxiliary material is 12.65 million yuan per year. The slurry yield can be controlled within a reasonable range of 4.5%, and the yield of the product can be increased by increasing the output of FCC gasoline and diesel oil in the ARGG unit.
