廢紙?jiān)旒垙S污水處理技術(shù)與研究

【摘要】：造紙行業(yè)是水污染大戶。以廢紙為原料造紙?jiān)谠旒堅(jiān)险嫉谋戎貫?8.3%。處理好廢紙?jiān)旒垙U水是社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)之一。隨著廢紙?jiān)旒埿袠I(yè)節(jié)水技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,廢紙?jiān)旒垙U水的濃度不斷提高,利用厭氧技術(shù)回收廢紙?jiān)旒垙U水中的能源變成了可能。本文通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室小試及工程應(yīng)用,研究了廢紙?jiān)旒垙U水通過(guò)厭氧+好氧處理回用的可行性,同時(shí)對(duì)處理后的水回用情況、污泥回用和厭氧沼氣利用情況進(jìn)行研究。本文取得了以下研究成果:1、實(shí)驗(yàn)室小試研究過(guò)程中,采用中溫(36～38℃)厭氧條件下,HRT為24h,容積負(fù)荷5kg·COD/(m3·d)條件下,COD去除率為75%左右;2、實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究過(guò)程中,采用SBR反應(yīng)器,容積負(fù)荷0.5kg·COD/(m3·d)條件下,COD去除率為70%左右;3、在實(shí)際工程運(yùn)行中,采用"中溫厭氧—好氧"組合工藝,厭氧負(fù)荷3～4 kg·COD/(m3·d)條件下,COD 去除率在 80%左右。好氧負(fù)荷 0.5kg·COD/(m3 d),COD去除率在80%左右;4、通過(guò)廢水處理,車間廢水回用率達(dá)到90%,外排水量2.2t/t紙。好氧剩余污泥全部回收利用。5、厭氧系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的沼氣用沼氣鍋爐每天可產(chǎn)蒸汽30t,供車間使用。6、沼氣利用和好氧污泥回收造紙,每天可為公司創(chuàng)造效益5000元,扣除直接運(yùn)行費(fèi)用每年可以給公司帶來(lái)66萬(wàn)元利潤(rùn)。該工程為廢紙?jiān)旒垙U水處理及能源回收利用提供了切實(shí)可行的真實(shí)案例,可以作為示范工程推廣,也為其他行業(yè)廢水處理及能源利用提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The paper industry is a major water polluter. The proportion of paper made up of waste paper as raw material is 78.3%. The treatment of waste paper wastewater is one of the hot spots of the society. With the development of water-saving technology in waste paper industry, With the increasing concentration of waste paper and paper wastewater, it is possible to use anaerobic technology to recover the energy from waste paper and papermaking wastewater. The feasibility of anaerobic aerobic treatment and reuse of waste paper and paper wastewater was studied. Sludge reuse and anaerobic biogas utilization were studied. The removal rate of COD/(m3 under anaerobic condition is 24 h and the volumetric load is 5 kg 路COD/(m3 路d). In laboratory research, the removal rate of SBR is about 70% m3 under the condition of SBR reactor and volume load 0.5 kg 路COD/(m3 路d). Under the condition of anaerobic load of 3 kg 路COD/(m3 路d and aerobic load of 0.5 kg 路COD/(m3 路d, the removal rate of COD/(m3 was about 80% and 80% ~ 4 respectively. The recycling rate of waste water in the workshop reached 90 t / t. Aerobic excess sludge was all recovered and utilized .5.The biogas boiler produced by the anaerobic system can produce 30 tons of steam per day for use in the workshop, and biogas utilization and aerobic sludge recovery and papermaking. It can create 5, 000 yuan per day for the company, deducting the direct operating cost can bring 660,000 yuan of profit to the company every year. This project provides a practical case for the waste paper paper wastewater treatment and energy recycling. It can be used as a demonstration project and can also be used for reference in other industries for wastewater treatment and energy utilization.
