【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀與經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)卻呈現(xiàn)出越來(lái)越大的矛盾,全球變暖、大氣污染、霧霾風(fēng)沙等極端天氣正在威脅著人們的生產(chǎn)生活現(xiàn)狀,環(huán)境問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多的引起了社會(huì)各界人士的廣泛關(guān)注。節(jié)能減排是應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前嚴(yán)重環(huán)境問(wèn)題和極端氣候問(wèn)題的有效途徑,這也是國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)政府所廣泛認(rèn)同的,并在積極尋求有效的方式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)。本文在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)和節(jié)能減排相關(guān)理論等的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)關(guān)注區(qū)域、困難區(qū)域、挑戰(zhàn)區(qū)域和理想?yún)^(qū)域的節(jié)能減排系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真模擬研究。本文從系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的角度對(duì)區(qū)域節(jié)能減排問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和研究,以人均GDP和人均碳排放為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將我國(guó)劃分為四種不同的區(qū)域類型,并以這四種區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,將區(qū)域的節(jié)能減排作為切入點(diǎn),從宏觀層面構(gòu)建了區(qū)域節(jié)能減排系統(tǒng)的SD模型。在充分考慮了各影響因素之間的相互關(guān)系后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)和各變量間的定性關(guān)系,用方程式構(gòu)造它們之間的定量關(guān)系。最后,對(duì)四種不同類型區(qū)域的節(jié)能減排系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真模擬,并對(duì)模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,預(yù)測(cè)是否能夠按時(shí)完成我國(guó)提出的節(jié)能指標(biāo)和減排任務(wù),并為節(jié)能減排工作的開(kāi)展提出了一系列建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, industrialization and urbanization, the ecological environment and the sustained economic growth are increasingly contradictory, global warming, air pollution, Extreme weather, such as haze wind and sand, is threatening people's production and living conditions. More and more people from all walks of life pay attention to environmental problems. Energy saving and emission reduction is an effective way to deal with serious environmental problems and extreme climate problems. This is also widely recognized by the international and domestic governments, and is actively seeking effective ways to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction targets at all levels. This paper is guided by regional economics, environmental economics, system dynamics and related theories of energy conservation and emission reduction. The energy saving and emission reduction systems of regions of concern, difficult areas, challenge regions and ideal regions are simulated and studied. In this paper, the problem of regional energy saving and emission reduction is analyzed and studied from the point of view of system dynamics. With per capita GDP and per capita carbon emission as the standard, China is divided into four different regional types, and take these four regions as the research object, take the energy saving and emission reduction of the region as the breakthrough point. The SD model of regional energy saving and emission reduction system is constructed from the macro level. After taking into account the interrelation among the influencing factors, the quantitative relationship between the existing data and the variables is constructed by using the equation. This paper simulates the energy saving and emission reduction systems in four different regions and analyzes the simulation results to predict whether the energy saving targets and emission reduction tasks proposed by our country can be completed on time. And put forward a series of suggestions for the development of energy saving and emission reduction.
