水稻秸稈浸泡液對(duì)藍(lán)藻和綠藻生長(zhǎng)選擇性抑制作用

【摘要】:運(yùn)用流式細(xì)胞儀研究了水稻秸稈浸泡液(RSE)對(duì)藻類生長(zhǎng)、形態(tài)學(xué)特征(細(xì)胞大小)和生理參數(shù)(葉綠素?zé)晒鈴?qiáng)度)的影響.RSE對(duì)有毒、無(wú)毒銅綠微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、有毒水華魚腥藻(Anabaena flos-aquae)、魚害微囊藻(Microcystis ichthyoblabe)這4種藍(lán)藻和羊角月牙藻(Selenastrum capricornutum)、蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)、斜生柵藻(Scenedesmus obliqnus)這3種常見綠藻生長(zhǎng)的抑制作用具有選擇性.RSE濃度為2.0~10.0 g·L~(-1)時(shí),可以顯著抑制藍(lán)藻的生長(zhǎng),同時(shí)強(qiáng)烈影響了藻細(xì)胞的葉綠素?zé)晒鈴?qiáng)度和細(xì)胞大小.有毒水華魚腥藻、魚害微囊藻、有毒和無(wú)毒銅綠微囊藻的7d EC50分別為1.72、2.21、2.92和5.72 g·L~(-1).暴露于RSE的蛋白核小球藻和斜生柵藻,細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)被促進(jìn)了并觀測(cè)到有群體形成;而對(duì)羊角月牙藻來(lái)說(shuō),當(dāng)RSE濃度為1.0~4.0 g·L~(-1)時(shí)月牙藻生長(zhǎng)和葉綠素?zé)晒鈴?qiáng)度被抑制,但是當(dāng)RSE濃度為8.0~10.0g·L~(-1)時(shí),月牙藻生長(zhǎng)被顯著促進(jìn).總之,RSE對(duì)藍(lán)藻生長(zhǎng)的抑制效果強(qiáng)于羊角月牙藻、蛋白核小球藻和斜生柵藻,藍(lán)藻光合系統(tǒng)Ⅱ反應(yīng)中心的敏感性和綠藻群體的形成可能是造成兩者對(duì)水稻秸稈敏感性不同的重要原因.
[Abstract]:The effects of rice straw soaking solution (RSE) on algae growth, morphological characteristics (cell size) and physiological parameters (chlorophyll fluorescence intensity) were studied by flow cytometry. These four species of cyanobacteria and Selenastrum capricornum, Chlorella pyrenoidosaanae, Anabaena flos-aquaeae, Anabaena flos-aquaeae, Microcystis ichthyoblabe4 and Selenastrum capricornutumum, Chlorella pyrenoidosaanus, Scenedesmus obliqnus, have selective inhibitory effects on the growth of these four species of cyanobacteria and Selenastrum capricornutum. When the RSE concentration was 2.0 ~ 10.0 g 路L ~ (-1), It can significantly inhibit the growth of cyanobacteria and strongly affect the chlorophyll fluorescence intensity and cell size of algal cells. The 7d EC50 of toxic and non-toxic microcystis aeruginosa were 1.72O2.21G / L 2.92 and 5.72g 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) respectively. The cell growth of Chlorella cereus and Chlorella obliquus exposed to RSE was promoted and colony formation was observed.
