【摘要】：蜈蚣草是砷(As)的高富集植物,為研究在不同氣氛下蜈蚣草熱處理過程中As的遷移規(guī)律,利用管式爐在不同氣氛(空氣、N_2、CO_2)下對蜈蚣草進行熱處理,實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)溫度在400~800℃之間時,3種氣氛下蜈蚣草熱處理過程中As的揮發(fā)率均隨溫度的升高先增加后減小,空氣氣氛下在500℃達到最高,占總含量的43%,N_2、CO_2氣氛下,在600℃達到最高,占總含量的60%.As揮發(fā)率先隨溫度升高而增加是u6于低溫區(qū)無機As的揮發(fā),之后下降可能是u6于蜈蚣草中堿金屬和堿土金屬元素對As的固定作用.當(dāng)溫度高于800℃時,空氣氣氛下As的揮發(fā)率繼續(xù)下降,而N_2和CO_2氣氛下As揮發(fā)率迅速升高到90%,可能是u6還原性氣氛中As化合物的穩(wěn)定性下降造成的.FactSage軟件模擬結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度的升高,蜈蚣草中As在空氣氣氛下主要以Ca_3(AsO_4)_2的形式存在,而在CO_2和N_2氣氛下,主要存在的形式分別為As單質(zhì)和AsN.模擬As形態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)化趨勢能很好的驗證真實的實驗結(jié)果.
[Abstract]:Pteris vittata is a highly enriched plant of As. vittata. In order to study the migration of as in the heat treatment of Pteris vittata under different atmosphere, the Pteris vittata was treated by tube furnace in different atmosphere (air N2CO2).
