溫度對SBR生物脫氮效能及胞外聚合物的影響

【摘要】:本實驗以人工模擬廢水為研究對象,采用3組SBR反應(yīng)器(R_(15℃)、R_(25℃)、R_(35℃)),重點考察了溫度對生物脫氮效能、胞外聚合物(EPS)含量及其組分[蛋白質(zhì)(PN)、多糖(PS)和核酸(DNA)]的影響.結(jié)果表明,高溫條件有利于促進(jìn)亞硝酸型生物脫氮體系的建立,顯著提高氨氮去除性能.溫度對EPS及其組分具有顯著影響.隨著溫度的升高,EPS和TB-EPS含量逐漸降低,而LB-EPS含量逐漸升高,EPS以TB-EPS為主(占69.0%~79.5%),但TB-EPS/LB-EPS比值隨著溫度升高逐漸降低[3.8(15℃)→3.6(25℃)→2.2(35℃)].在EPS,LB-EPS和TB-EPS中PN和DNA含量隨著溫度升高而降低,LB-EPS和EPS中PS含量隨溫度升高而增加.而TB-EPS中PS含量隨溫度升高而降低,且25℃是各組分濃度變化重要折點.在15℃和25℃時,PN為TB-EPS和LB-EPS的主要成分,PS次之,DNA最少,35℃時,PS成為主要成分,PN次之,DNA最少.此外,本研究也發(fā)現(xiàn),在15℃和25℃時,EPS含量在硝化過程中逐漸增大,反硝化過程中逐漸降低.
[Abstract]:In this experiment, three groups of SBR reactors were used to study the artificial simulated wastewater, and the effect of temperature on biological denitrification was investigated. The effects of extracellular polymer (EPS) and its components [protein PNN, PSN and nucleic acid DNA]. The results showed that the high temperature condition was beneficial to the establishment of nitrous acid biological denitrification system.
