【摘要】：白洋淀濕地是華北平原最大的淡水濕地,為不同尺度的受益者提供了多項(xiàng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)。開展白洋淀濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)最終服務(wù)(final ecosystem services)價(jià)值評估能用直觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)揭示白洋淀濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)對不同尺度受益者的直接貢獻(xiàn),為白洋淀濕地生態(tài)保護(hù)創(chuàng)建生態(tài)補(bǔ)償?shù)冉?jīng)濟(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制�；诎籽蟮頋竦厣鷳B(tài)特征和受益者分析,確定了白洋淀濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)最終服務(wù)價(jià)值評估指標(biāo)體系,并以2011年可利用數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),綜合運(yùn)用市場價(jià)值法、替代成本法、個(gè)體旅行費(fèi)用模型法和支付卡式條件價(jià)值法評估了白洋淀濕地提供給人類的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。評估結(jié)果表明:2011年白洋淀濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)總價(jià)值為35.55×10~8元,其中調(diào)蓄洪水和休閑娛樂是白洋淀提供的主導(dǎo)服務(wù)。對所評估的8項(xiàng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)最終服務(wù)按價(jià)值量排序,依次為調(diào)蓄洪水休閑娛樂淡水產(chǎn)品原材料生產(chǎn)非使用價(jià)值水資源供給釋氧固碳。評估結(jié)果比較全面地反映了白洋淀濕地對受益者的直接貢獻(xiàn),不僅能提高管理部門和受益者的濕地保護(hù)認(rèn)知,也為管理部門確定白洋淀濕地生態(tài)補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供了重要數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),評估指標(biāo)的確定為區(qū)分白洋淀濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中間服務(wù)和最終服務(wù),構(gòu)建白洋淀濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)監(jiān)測指標(biāo)體系,開展白洋淀濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)最終服務(wù)動(dòng)態(tài)評價(jià)、權(quán)衡分析及驅(qū)動(dòng)因子研究提供了重要方向,有助于濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)研究由靜態(tài)評估向濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的優(yōu)化管理方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Baiyangdian wetland is the largest freshwater wetland in North China Plain. The value assessment of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem final ecosystem services can reveal the direct contribution of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem to beneficiaries of different scales with intuitive economic data. Based on the analysis of ecological characteristics and beneficiaries of Baiyangdian wetland, the final service value evaluation index system of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem was established. On the basis of the available data in 2011, the method of market value is used synthetically to replace the cost method. The economic value of Baiyangdian wetland was evaluated by individual travel cost model method and payment card conditional value method. The results showed that in 2011, the total value of ecosystem service of Baiyangdian wetland was 35.55 脳 10 ~ 8 yuan. Of these, flood regulation and recreation are the leading services provided by Baiyangdian. The final ecosystem services assessed are ranked by value. The order is regulating flood, recreation, recreation, fresh water, raw material production, non-use value, water supply, oxygen, sequestration, and carbon sequestration. The evaluation results comprehensively reflect the direct contribution of Baiyangdian wetland to the beneficiaries. It not only improves the awareness of the management and the beneficiaries of wetland protection, but also provides an important data basis for the management to determine the ecological compensation standard of Baiyangdian wetland. The evaluation index is to distinguish the intermediate service and final service of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem, construct the monitoring index system of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem service, and carry out the dynamic evaluation of the final service of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem. Tradeoff analysis and driving factor research provide an important direction for the development of wetland ecosystem services from static assessment to optimal management of wetland ecosystem services.
