小型生活垃圾熱處理爐二惡英和重金屬的排放特征

【摘要】:為了解小型農(nóng)村生活垃圾熱處理爐二惡英和重金屬的排放水平,對我國廣西、云南、廣東部分山區(qū)農(nóng)村正在運(yùn)行的3種小型生活垃圾熱處理爐排放的二惡英和重金屬進(jìn)行采樣調(diào)查.結(jié)果顯示,小型生活垃圾焚燒爐、氣化焚燒爐、氣化爐煙氣二惡英排放濃度分別為0.70~24.88、3.14~4.88、0.20~0.50ng I-TEQ/Nm~3,平均排放水平為焚燒爐氣化焚燒爐氣化爐,而爐渣中二惡英濃度順序正好相反.小型氣化爐產(chǎn)生的二惡英主要存在于爐渣中,而焚燒爐和氣化焚燒爐產(chǎn)生的二惡英主要存在爐渣和煙氣中.3種不同爐型爐渣、煙氣中二惡英同系物質(zhì)量濃度分布特征不同,但是毒性當(dāng)量濃度分布特征較相似,均以2,3,4,7,8-Pe CDF所占比例最高.3種爐型煙氣中Pb的排放濃度最高,除1個(gè)焚燒爐煙氣中Cd排放濃度輕微超標(biāo),其余熱處理爐煙氣中Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg濃度均遠(yuǎn)低于生活垃圾焚燒污染物控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB18485-2014).爐渣的毒性浸出濃度顯示,3種爐型爐渣重金屬浸出濃度均低于危險(xiǎn)廢物浸出毒性鑒別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB5085.3-2007),不同爐型爐渣中重金屬浸出特性存在一定差異性.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the emission level of small rural living garbage heat treatment furnace of dioxins and heavy metals, on China's Guangxi, Yunnan, Guangdong rural mountainous part of the running of 3 small waste heat treatment furnace emissions of dioxins and heavy metals were investigated. The results showed that the small garbage incinerator, gasification incineration furnace, gasification furnace flue gas dioxin the emission concentration was 0.70~24.88,3.14~4.88,0.20~0.50ng I-TEQ/Nm~3, the average level of emissions for incineration and gasification incinerator gasification furnace, and the slag dioxin concentrations in opposite order. The small gasification furnace to produce dioxins mainly exist in the slag, and the incinerator produces incinerator and gasification of dioxins are.3 different type of furnace slag and flue gas. Dioxin congener concentration distribution characteristics in flue gas is different, but the TEQ concentration distribution characteristics are similar, are in 2,3,4 7,8-Pe CDF, the highest proportion of.3 furnace flue gas Pb emission concentration is highest, in addition to slightly exceed the standard Cd emission concentration of 1 in incineration flue gas, the heat treatment furnace flue gas Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg concentrations were far lower than the standard control of pollutants of municipal solid waste incineration (GB18485-2014) leaching slag concentration. The show, 3 kinds of furnace slag leaching concentration of heavy metals were lower than the standard for hazardous wastes Identification for extraction toxicity (GB5085.3-2007). The leaching characteristics of heavy metals in different furnace slag has certain difference.
