【摘要】：酞酸酯(PAEs)是一種常用的增塑劑,由于其廣泛應(yīng)用已經(jīng)對(duì)環(huán)境造成了污染。本研究建立了固相膜萃取-超聲解吸-氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜分析水中酞酸酯類化合物的方法。對(duì)萃取條件、解吸條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,確定了最佳的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件。在水浴溫度40℃,超聲功率50%的條件下超聲7 min,測(cè)定水中PAEs的檢出限(S/N3)在0.05~0.26μg/L之間;對(duì)不同基質(zhì)空白樣品進(jìn)行加標(biāo)回收實(shí)驗(yàn),回收率在76.2%~112.3%之間,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差小于10%。
