次氯酸鈉廢液活化法制備柚子皮活性炭

【摘要】:以柚子皮為原料,采用次氯酸鈉廢液活化法制備了柚子皮活性炭,通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)化了制備條件,并運(yùn)用SEM、FTIR和XRD技術(shù)對(duì)活性炭產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:制備柚子皮活性炭的最佳工藝條件為炭化溫度350℃、次氯酸鈉廢液含量25%(φ)、次氯酸鈉廢液活化時(shí)間25 min、高溫活化溫度650℃、高溫活化時(shí)間60 min;最佳條件下,柚子皮活性炭的產(chǎn)率為31.88%、碘吸附值為854 mg/g、亞甲基藍(lán)吸附值為216.9 mg/g。表征結(jié)果顯示:活化后的柚子皮炭具有更大的孔體積、更有序的孔徑排布和更發(fā)達(dá)的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu);柚子皮活性炭表面存在大量的含氧基團(tuán);柚子皮活性炭的石墨化度為61.32%,具有較高的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Active carbon from pomelo peel was prepared by sodium hypochlorite waste liquid activation method. The preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment and SEM was used. The FTIR and XRD techniques were used to characterize the activated carbon products.
