振打清灰對(duì)電除塵器排放的影響:工業(yè)應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:振打清灰過程是電除塵器(ESP)持續(xù)高效運(yùn)行的一項(xiàng)重要保障,電極表面清灰效果直接影響電除塵器運(yùn)行電氣參數(shù),進(jìn)而影響電除塵器的粉塵排放質(zhì)量濃度。為此,以有功功率為600 MW的燃煤機(jī)組雙室5電場(chǎng)工業(yè)電除塵器為例,對(duì)比分析了頂部電磁振打和側(cè)部機(jī)械振打?qū)﹄姵龎m器運(yùn)行參數(shù)以及排放質(zhì)量濃度的影響。結(jié)果表明:在相同振打參數(shù)條件下,側(cè)部機(jī)械振打產(chǎn)生的加速度平均值約為頂部電磁振打的3倍,而且振打加速度分布相對(duì)均勻;通過將頂部電磁振打改造為側(cè)部機(jī)械振打,電除塵器每個(gè)通道的電源輸入容量由131 kVA提高至190kVA;PM10排放質(zhì)量濃度由19.33 mg/m3降低至14.14 mg/m3,降低比例為26.85%;PM2.5排放質(zhì)量濃度由4.23mg/m3降低至1.20 mg/m3,降低比例為71.53%。電除塵器處理高黏性、高比電阻的粉塵時(shí)采用側(cè)部機(jī)械振打有利于提高電除塵器運(yùn)行參數(shù)并降低電除塵器出口粉塵排放質(zhì)量濃度。
[Abstract]:Vibration cleaning process is an important guarantee for ESPs to run continuously and efficiently. The cleaning effect of electrode surface directly affects the electrical parameters of ESP. Thus, the dust emission mass concentration of the electrostatic precipitator is affected. For this reason, the duplex chamber 5 electric field industrial electrostatic precipitator with 600 MW active power is taken as an example. The effects of the top electromagnetic vibration and the lateral mechanical vibration on the operation parameters and emission mass concentration of the electrostatic precipitator are compared and analyzed. The results show that: under the same vibration parameters. The average acceleration produced by the lateral mechanical vibration is about three times that of the top electromagnetic vibration, and the acceleration distribution is relatively uniform. By transforming the top electromagnetic vibration into the side mechanical vibration, the power input capacity of each channel of the electrostatic precipitator is increased from 131 kVA to 190kVA. The emission concentration of PM10 was reduced from 19.33 mg/m3 to 14.14 mg / m ~ (3), and the ratio of reduction was 26.85%. The emission mass concentration of PM2.5 was reduced from 4.23 mg / m ~ 3 to 1.20 mg / m ~ (3), and the ratio was 71.53. The electrostatic precipitator was used to treat high viscosity. The use of lateral mechanical vibration in the dust with high specific resistance can improve the operating parameters of the electrostatic precipitator and reduce the dust emission concentration at the outlet of the electrostatic precipitator.
