【摘要】：運(yùn)用解耦模型分析了2007年—2014年河北省的解耦狀態(tài):從增長性耦合到弱解耦,在波動(dòng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了強(qiáng)解耦.運(yùn)用STIRPAT模型分析河北省碳排放影響因素,利用灰色模型GM(1,1)預(yù)測河北省2015年—2022年碳排放量,結(jié)果顯示:產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)河北省碳排放影響最大;煤炭消費(fèi)量、人均GDP、城鎮(zhèn)人口占比、人口數(shù)對(duì)河北省碳排放量有促進(jìn)作用,能源價(jià)格和研究與發(fā)展經(jīng)費(fèi)支出對(duì)河北省碳排放量的影響系數(shù)較小;能源結(jié)構(gòu)、能源強(qiáng)度對(duì)河北省碳排放量有一定的抑制作用.GM(1,1)模型預(yù)測結(jié)果顯示:應(yīng)當(dāng)重視河北省碳排放量的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),正視低碳發(fā)展的壓力,通過調(diào)整各影響因素實(shí)現(xiàn)河北省低碳經(jīng)濟(jì).
[Abstract]:The decoupling state of Hebei Province from 2007 to 2014 is analyzed by using decoupling model: from growth coupling to weak decoupling. STIRPAT model was used to analyze the influencing factors of carbon emissions in Hebei Province, and the grey model GMGM1Q1) was used to predict the carbon emissions from 2015 to 2022 in Hebei Province. The results show that the industrial structure has the greatest influence on carbon emissions in Hebei Province. Coal consumption, per capita GDP, the proportion of urban population, the number of population to promote carbon emissions in Hebei Province, energy prices and research and development expenditure on the impact of Hebei Province carbon emissions coefficient is small; Energy structure, energy intensity has a certain inhibitory effect on carbon emissions in Hebei Province. The prediction results show that: we should pay attention to the development trend of carbon emissions in Hebei Province, and face up to the pressure of low-carbon development. By adjusting the factors affecting the realization of low carbon economy in Hebei Province.
