【摘要】：以處理量較大的射流式電子束輻照水處理反應(yīng)器為例,運用計算流體力學(xué)方法,以反應(yīng)器出口水流流速分布均勻為目標,對反應(yīng)器內(nèi)部水流的水動力特性及反應(yīng)器構(gòu)型對出口水流流速分布均勻性的影響進行了研究,并據(jù)此優(yōu)化反應(yīng)器的構(gòu)型.研究結(jié)果表明,影響反應(yīng)器水動力特性的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)型參數(shù)為反應(yīng)器進口管徑、反應(yīng)器水平收縮段長度和反應(yīng)器彎曲段構(gòu)型.反應(yīng)器進口管道直徑越大、水平收縮段長度越大,則反應(yīng)器出口水流流速分布越均勻.最終確定最優(yōu)反應(yīng)器的構(gòu)型參數(shù)為:進口管徑0.2m,水平收縮段長度0.45m,反應(yīng)器彎曲段構(gòu)型貼合水流運動方向.計算結(jié)果表明,最優(yōu)反應(yīng)器的水動力條件得到極大改善,反應(yīng)器出口水流流速分布非常均勻.物理模型試驗驗證了最優(yōu)反應(yīng)器出口水流流速分布的均勻性.
[Abstract]:Taking the jet electron beam irradiated water treatment reactor as an example, the flow velocity distribution at the outlet of the reactor was taken as the objective by using computational fluid dynamics method. The hydrodynamic characteristics of the flow inside the reactor and the influence of the reactor configuration on the uniformity of the flow velocity distribution at the outlet were studied, and the configuration of the reactor was optimized accordingly. The key configuration parameters affecting the hydrodynamic characteristics of the reactor are the inlet diameter of the reactor, the length of the horizontal contraction section of the reactor and the configuration of the curved section of the reactor. The larger the diameter of the inlet pipe of the reactor is, the greater the length of the horizontal contraction section is. The distribution of flow velocity at the outlet of the reactor is more uniform. Finally, the optimal configuration parameters of the reactor are determined as follows: the inlet diameter is 0.2 m, and the length of the horizontal contraction section is 0.45 m. The results show that the hydrodynamic conditions of the optimal reactor are greatly improved. The flow velocity distribution at the outlet of the reactor is very uniform, and the physical model test verifies the uniformity of the flow velocity distribution at the outlet of the reactor.
