【摘要】：生態(tài)文明體現(xiàn)了人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中占據(jù)十分重要地位,我國(guó)在全面建成小康社會(huì)過(guò)程中將其作為重要的一個(gè)目標(biāo)。在整個(gè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)過(guò)程當(dāng)中,公眾是必不可少的參與主體,公眾對(duì)于生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的理論、政策、措施、現(xiàn)狀的認(rèn)知狀況直接關(guān)系到生態(tài)文明建設(shè)進(jìn)程的順利進(jìn)行,隨著《全國(guó)環(huán)境宣傳教育工作綱要(2016—2020年)》的出臺(tái),公眾的生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知問(wèn)題更是成為亟待解決的問(wèn)題。在上述背景下,本文以“公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知”為研究主題,展開(kāi)了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。首先,論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi)梳理以及剖析的前提下,對(duì)于生態(tài)、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)以及生態(tài)文明三者的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了探討,以此作為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知的內(nèi)涵做了闡釋,剖析了其表現(xiàn)和作用,以體現(xiàn)“知”和“行”相統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)知狀況來(lái)表征公眾的生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知狀況,并將認(rèn)知狀況具體化為知曉度、認(rèn)同度、滿(mǎn)意度和踐行度四個(gè)維度。其次,將我國(guó)公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知的發(fā)展歷程劃分為三個(gè)階段,即環(huán)境意識(shí)認(rèn)知階段、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念認(rèn)知階段和公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知階段。再次,圍繞公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知的四個(gè)維度,結(jié)合權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)和相關(guān)學(xué)者的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從不同文化程度、不同職業(yè)、不同地區(qū)公眾等角度作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),剖析了國(guó)內(nèi)公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知的狀況,現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知展現(xiàn)出顯著的差異性特征,影響公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知乃至導(dǎo)致差異性明顯的因素涉及生態(tài)文明教育體系、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的公眾參與以及相關(guān)政策落實(shí)不到位。最后,針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知當(dāng)中存在的各種問(wèn)題以及影響要素,本文提出完善生態(tài)文明教育體系,提高公眾參與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)水平,加強(qiáng)與公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知相關(guān)政策的落實(shí)三個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)公眾生態(tài)文明認(rèn)知差異的途徑。
[Abstract]:Ecological civilization reflects the inevitable trend of the development of human society and occupies a very important position in modern society. In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, our country regards it as an important goal. In the whole process of ecological civilization construction, the public is an indispensable participant, and the public's theory and policy on the construction of ecological civilization. Measures, the current situation of cognition is directly related to the construction of ecological civilization, along with the "National outline of Environmental propaganda and Education 2016-2020)" issued. Under the above background, this paper takes "the public ecological civilization cognition" as the research theme, has launched the relatively systematic research. First of all, the public ecological civilization cognition question has become the question which needs to be solved urgently. First of all, this paper takes the public ecological civilization cognition as the research topic. This paper discusses the connotation of ecology, ecosystem and ecological civilization on the premise of combing and analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad. In this paper, the connotation of public ecological civilization cognition is explained, and its performance and function are analyzed, so as to represent the public's ecological civilization cognition status by embodying the unified cognitive state of "know" and "action". And the cognitive status is concretely divided into four dimensions: awareness, identity, satisfaction and practice. Secondly, the development process of public ecological civilization cognition in China is divided into three stages, namely, environmental awareness cognitive stage. Thirdly, around the four dimensions of public ecological civilization cognition, combined with the survey data of authoritative institutions and relevant scholars, from different cultural levels. Different occupations, different areas of the public as a starting point, analyzed the status of public awareness of ecological civilization in China, and now the public ecological civilization awareness of the domestic public showed a significant difference in characteristics. The factors that affect the cognition of public ecological civilization and even the obvious difference involve the educational system of ecological civilization, the public participation in the construction of ecological civilization and the implementation of relevant policies. Finally. Aiming at the problems and influencing factors in the cognition of ecological civilization of the public in China, this paper proposes to perfect the educational system of ecological civilization and to improve the level of public participation in the construction of ecological civilization. To strengthen the implementation of policies related to the cognition of public ecological civilization three ways to adjust the cognitive differences of public ecological civilization.
