【摘要】：基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的視角對(duì)城市客運(yùn)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行建模,以鎮(zhèn)江市為案例對(duì)城市客運(yùn)交通能源消耗和碳排放進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),通過情景設(shè)置分析評(píng)估了該市在城市客運(yùn)交通方面的節(jié)能減排潛力。結(jié)果顯示:鎮(zhèn)江市的低碳交通規(guī)劃政策在節(jié)能減排方面效果顯著,到2030年時(shí)將累計(jì)產(chǎn)生153.23萬噸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤的節(jié)能量以及322.46萬噸的二氧化碳減排量。其中,私家車是城市客運(yùn)交通能源消耗和碳減排的首要貢獻(xiàn)者,從2011年開始,公交車作為更節(jié)能的優(yōu)先出行方式,其在能源消耗和碳排放方面超過出租車,位居第二。最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,從改善居民出行方式、提高新能源汽車比例、提高城市交通管理能效與客運(yùn)水平等方面對(duì)鎮(zhèn)江市城市交通節(jié)能減排提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of system dynamics, the urban passenger transport network is modeled, and the energy consumption and carbon emissions of urban passenger transport are predicted by taking Zhenjiang City as a case study. The potential of energy saving and emission reduction in urban passenger transport is evaluated by scenario setting analysis. The results show that the low-carbon transportation planning policy in Zhenjiang has remarkable effect on energy saving and emission reduction. By 2030, it will generate one million five hundred and thirty-two thousand and three hundred tons of energy saving from standard coal and three million two hundred and twenty-four thousand and six hundred tons of carbon dioxide emissions. Private cars are the primary contributors of energy consumption and carbon emission reduction in urban passenger transport. Since 2011, buses as a more energy-efficient priority travel mode, its energy consumption and carbon emissions than taxis. Finally, according to the results of the study, from improving the way residents travel, to increase the proportion of new energy vehicles. Suggestions on improving energy efficiency of urban traffic management and level of passenger transport are put forward for energy saving and emission reduction of urban traffic in Zhenjiang City.
