【摘要】：根據(jù)水質(zhì)目標(biāo)管理需求,在太湖流域選定包含飲用水源地、入湖河口、目標(biāo)污染水體和參照水體在內(nèi)的共計(jì)10個(gè)采樣點(diǎn)位,調(diào)查其藥物和個(gè)人護(hù)理用品(pharmaceuticals and personal care products,PPCPs)分布特征,并對定量篩出的PPCPs進(jìn)行毒性數(shù)據(jù)的收集和整理,初步分析太湖流域PPCPs的生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出優(yōu)先管理PPCPs污染物名錄.結(jié)果顯示,太湖水體中定性檢出PPCPs類化合物33種,其中17種在定量檢出限以上,濃度范圍為0.03~25.77ng/L;咖啡因、西地那非、布洛芬、避蚊胺等4種PPCPs在太湖流域具有較高或者潛在的生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從不同的點(diǎn)位來看,入湖河口的2個(gè)點(diǎn)位PPCPs風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高,檢出的種類相對較多,需重點(diǎn)關(guān)注.
[Abstract]:According to the demand of water quality target management, 10 sampling sites including drinking water source, estuary, target polluted water and reference water were selected in Taihu Lake basin. To investigate the distribution characteristics of and personal care products (PPCPs) of pharmaceutical and personal care products. The toxicity data of PPCPs was collected and sorted out, the ecological risk of PPCPs in Taihu Lake basin was analyzed, and the list of pollutants of PPCPs was put forward. 33 species of PPCPs compounds were identified qualitatively in Taihu Lake, 17 of which were above the quantitative detection limit, and the concentration range was 0.03 ~ 25.77 ng / L; Caffeine, sildenafil, ibuprofen and desalamines have high or potential ecological risks in Taihu Lake basin, which can be seen at different sites. The risk of PPCPs at the two sites in the estuary of the lake is relatively high, and the species detected are relatively large, which should be paid more attention to.
