【摘要】:紡織涂層是在紡織后整理中發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種加工技術(shù),近年來(lái),盛澤鎮(zhèn)涂層企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,其產(chǎn)生的廢氣帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問(wèn)題。我國(guó)及江蘇省內(nèi)目前尚無(wú)專門(mén)針對(duì)紡織涂層行業(yè)的廢氣排放的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),給行業(yè)的廢氣排放監(jiān)管帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重制約,因此,針對(duì)盛澤鎮(zhèn)紡織涂層行業(yè)開(kāi)展新的行業(yè)型大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究具有重要意義。通過(guò)資料收集、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研以及典型企業(yè)廢氣排放監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)涂層行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝、產(chǎn)排污特征及廢氣治理方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。織物涂層生產(chǎn)工藝分為濕法涂層和干法涂層,主要的大氣污染物為VOCs、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、甲苯、丁酮、乙酸乙酯以及苯系物等有機(jī)廢氣,各項(xiàng)污染物經(jīng)處理后的排放濃度均較低,應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)配套安裝廢氣處理設(shè)施或進(jìn)行提標(biāo)改造。廢氣主要治理方法有活性炭吸附法、吸收法、催化氧化燃燒法、生物處理法、靜電回收法等。在對(duì)紡織涂層行業(yè)產(chǎn)排污情況及污染控制技術(shù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,參考國(guó)內(nèi)外其他相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合多介質(zhì)環(huán)境目標(biāo)值(MEG)推算,確定VOCs的排氣筒最高允許排放濃度為80mg/m~3(苯系物、DMF、乙酸乙酯、丁酮占溶劑使用總量90%以下涂層企業(yè)或生產(chǎn)設(shè)施VOCs執(zhí)行特別排放濃度限值20 mg/m~3),DMF為20mg/m~3、甲苯為20mg/m~3、苯系物為20mg/m~3、丁酮為20mg/m~3、乙酸乙酯為30mg/m~3,排氣筒高度不得低于15m。VOCS無(wú)組織排放濃度限值為2.0mg/m~3、甲苯為2.0mg/m~3、苯系物為2.0mg/m~3、DMF為0.4mg/m~3。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析表明標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)上是可行的,可采用DMF甲苯串聯(lián)回收(水噴淋+活性炭吸附)技術(shù)進(jìn)行廢氣治理。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施具有較好的環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:Textile coating is a kind of processing technology developed in textile finishing. In recent years, Shengzezhen coating enterprise has developed rapidly. The waste gas has brought serious environmental problems. At present, there is no standard for the textile coating industry in our country and Jiangsu province, which brings serious constraints to the industry emission supervision. It is of great significance to study the new industrial emission standards of atmospheric pollutants in Shengze textile coating industry through data collection, field investigation and emission monitoring of typical enterprises. The production process, characteristics of sewage production and treatment methods of waste gas in the coating industry were summarized. The production process of fabric coating was divided into wet coating and dry coating, the main atmospheric pollutant was VOCs. After treatment, the emission concentrations of various pollutants are lower, such as DMF, toluene, butanone, ethyl acetate and benzene series. Enterprises should be encouraged to install waste gas treatment facilities or upgrade the standard. The main treatment methods of waste gas are activated carbon adsorption, absorption, catalytic oxidation combustion, biological treatment. Based on the analysis of the production and pollution control technology of textile coating industry, and referring to other relevant standards at home and abroad, combined with the multi-medium environmental target value (MEG) calculation. The maximum allowable emission concentration of the exhaust tube of VOCs was determined to be 80 mg / m ~ (3). Butanone accounts for less than 90% of the total solvent used by coating companies or production facilities to implement a special emission concentration limit of 20mg / mm3 and DMF of 20mg / mm3. Toluene is 20 mg / mt3, benzene is 20 mg / mt3, butanone is 20 mg / mt3, ethyl acetate is 30 mg / mt3. The height of the exhaust tube shall not be lower than 15m.VOCS unorganized emission concentration limit of 2.0 mg / mt3, toluene 2.0 mg / mm3, benzene = 2.0 mg / mt3. The technical and economic analysis of the standard implementation shows that the standard is feasible in technology and economy. The waste gas can be treated by DMF toluene series recovery (water sprayed activated carbon adsorption) technology, and the implementation of the standard has better environmental benefit.
