生物膜貼壁培養(yǎng)小球藻凈化豬糞沼液廢水的效果

【摘要】:微藻處理豬糞沼液廢水是一項(xiàng)污水資源化生物技術(shù).本文以小球藻為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)貼壁培養(yǎng)方式,對(duì)稀釋不同倍數(shù)的豬糞沼液廢水進(jìn)行凈化處理同時(shí)提取藻細(xì)胞油脂,旨在探究小球藻貼壁培養(yǎng)處理豬糞沼液廢水的效果,分析小球藻耐受豬糞沼液廢水的氨氮濃度.將豬糞沼液廢水分別稀釋1倍(原水)、2倍、5倍、10倍制成培養(yǎng)基.測(cè)定貼壁培養(yǎng)小球藻對(duì)各處理組豬糞沼液廢水中COD、氨氮、總氮、總磷的去除效率及對(duì)重金屬銅、鋅、鐵的富集效果,同時(shí)探究小球藻的油脂合成情況.結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)豬糞沼液廢水稀釋5倍時(shí),貼壁小球藻對(duì)COD、氨氮、總氮、總磷的凈化效果最佳,其去除效率分別為:86.8%、94.1%、85.2%、84.3%;油脂含量高達(dá)32.7%;對(duì)重金屬銅、鋅、鐵的去除效率分別為:72.9%、70.0%、73.0%;培養(yǎng)一個(gè)周期結(jié)束時(shí)生物產(chǎn)率達(dá)到4.21 g·(m~2·d)~(-1).該研究將微藻與難處理的豬糞沼液廢水深度凈化進(jìn)行了有效的結(jié)合,為實(shí)現(xiàn)藻類(lèi)生物燃料工藝生產(chǎn)及降低廢水處理成本提供理論基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:The treatment of pig dung biogas wastewater by microalgae is a biological technology of wastewater resource. This paper takes Chlorella vulgaris as the research object, through the way of adhering to the wall culture. In order to explore the effect of Chlorella vulgaris on the treatment of pig manure biogas waste water by purifying and treating different times of porcine manure biogas wastewater and extracting algae cell grease. The ammonia nitrogen concentration of Chlorella vulgaris (Chlorella vulgaris) tolerant to pig manure biogas wastewater was analyzed. The removal efficiency of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and the enrichment effect of chlorella vulgaris on copper, zinc and iron in waste water from pig manure biogas were determined. At the same time, the oil synthesis of Chlorella vulgaris was studied. The results showed that the purification effect of Chlorella vulgaris on COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus was the best when the waste water of pig manure was diluted by 5 times. The removal efficiency is respectively: 86.8and 94.1and 85.2and 84.3, respectively; The oil content was as high as 32.7%. The removal efficiency of heavy metal copper, zinc and iron were 73.0% 72.9% and 70.0% respectively. At the end of a culture cycle, the biological yield was up to 4.21 g 路m ~ (2) 路d ~ (-1). In this study, the microalgae were effectively combined with the difficult to treat pig manure biogas wastewater. It provides a theoretical basis for algae biofuel production and reducing the cost of wastewater treatment.
