【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)碳效率評價較多關(guān)注經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)出而忽視了福利與人口因素的不足,構(gòu)建了涉及經(jīng)濟、福利及人口的"全碳效率"評價體系;并針對DEA模型要求評價樣本數(shù)大于指標(biāo)數(shù)2倍的嚴(yán)格約束,引入主成分分析法進行"全碳效率"評價指標(biāo)的精簡.首先,選取28個關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)要素作為投入指標(biāo),并應(yīng)用主成分分析法降維為8個合成指標(biāo);然后,構(gòu)建涉及經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)出、福利提升和人口承載三要素的"全碳效率"產(chǎn)出指標(biāo);最后,應(yīng)用DEA-VRS評價模型對我國其中30個省域"全碳效率"進行評價.評價結(jié)果顯示,主成分分析與DEA相結(jié)合的方法用于評價包含指標(biāo)較多的區(qū)域"全碳效率"是有效的;2011年至2014年,廣西的"全碳效率"從弱有效提升為有效,天津、河北、湖南和遼寧的"全碳效率"從無效提升為有效,山西、浙江、廣東和重慶的"全碳效率"從有效降至無效,而湖北的"全碳效率"沒有變化.
[Abstract]:The efficiency of traditional carbon evaluation pays more attention to economic output while ignoring the lack of welfare and population factors, constructs involving economy, welfare and population "carbon efficiency evaluation system; and according to the strict constraint DEA model requires the evaluation of the number of samples is greater than 2 times the number of indicators, based on Principal component analysis of evaluation index of total carbon the efficiency of" streamlining. First, selecting 28 key production factors as input indicators, and using the principal component analysis method for dimensionality reduction of 8 synthetic indicators; then, it involves economic output, welfare and population carrying the three elements of "carbon efficiency" output indicators; finally, the application of DEA-VRS to evaluate the evaluation model of our country among the 30 provinces' total carbon efficiency ". The evaluation results show that the method of principal component analysis combined with DEA for the evaluation index contains more areas" total carbon efficiency "is effective; from 2011 to 2014, Guangxi" The total carbon efficiency increased from weak to effective, and the total carbon efficiency of Tianjin, Hebei, Hunan and Liaoning increased from ineffective to effective. The total carbon efficiency of Shanxi, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Chongqing fell from effective to ineffective, while the total carbon efficiency of Hubei did not change.
