【摘要】:通過水稻盆栽試驗(yàn),研究了施用鈣鎂磷肥對(duì)Cd污染稻田中Ca、Mg、Cd生物有效性的影響和種植水稻(湘晚秈12號(hào)、威優(yōu)46號(hào))后水稻各部位Ca、Mg、Cd含量的差異.結(jié)果表明,施用鈣鎂磷肥能顯著提升土壤pH值,降低土壤TCLP提取態(tài)Cd含量,且降低效果隨著水稻生育期的延長(zhǎng)逐漸增強(qiáng).與對(duì)照相比,施用0.8 g·kg-1的鈣鎂磷肥,使湘晚秈12號(hào)種植土壤和威優(yōu)46號(hào)種植土壤TCLP提取態(tài)Cd含量在熟化期、灌漿期、分蘗期、成熟期分別下降了12.7%、15.6%、21.5%、61.9%和12.7%、72.6%、42.1%、59.7%.施用鈣鎂磷肥能顯著增加水稻種植土壤中TCLP提取態(tài)Ca、Mg含量,降低TCLP提取態(tài)Cd含量,同時(shí)顯著增加水稻各生育期各部位Ca、Mg含量并降低其Cd含量,水稻各部位中Ca、Mg含量與Cd含量均呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,表明外源Ca和Mg的加入對(duì)水稻累積Cd產(chǎn)生了拮抗作用.施用鈣鎂磷肥能顯著降低水稻糙米中Cd含量并提高水稻產(chǎn)量.與對(duì)照相比,施用0.2~0.8 g·kg-1的鈣鎂磷肥,水稻湘晚秈12號(hào)和威優(yōu)46號(hào)糙米中Cd含量分別下降了36.8%~52.6%和53.3%~75.6%.威優(yōu)46號(hào)比湘晚秈12號(hào)更易將土壤Cd向水稻籽粒中轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn).
[Abstract]:Through the rice pot experiment, the effects of calcium magnesium phosphate on Cd pollution in paddy field Ca, Mg, influence the bioavailability of Cd and rice (xiangwanxian No. 12 and Weiyou No. 46) differences in different parts of Ca, Mg and Cd content. The results show that the application of calcium magnesium phosphate could significantly improve soil pH value, decreased soil TCLP extractable Cd content, and reduce the effect of increased gradually with prolonging growth period of rice. Compared with the control, application of 0.8 g - kg-1 calcium magnesium phosphate, make xiangwanxian extractable Cd content in ripening stage, filling stage and tillering stage and mature stage were decreased by 12.7%, 15.6%, 21.5%. 61.9% and 12.7%, 72.6%, 42.1%, 59.7%. the application of calcium magnesium phosphate significantly increased the TCLP extractable Ca and Mg contents in rice planting soil in 12 planting soil and planting Weiyou 46 soil TCLP, extractable Cd decreased the content of TCLP, and a significant increase in the growth period of rice Part Ca, Mg content and decrease the content of Cd, Ca and Mg in different parts of rice and Cd contents were negatively correlated, indicating that exogenous Ca and Mg addition had antagonistic effects on rice and accumulation of Cd. The application of calcium magnesium phosphate can significantly reduce the Cd content in brown rice and rice yield increased. Compared with the control. The application of 0.2~0.8 g calcium magnesium phosphate kg-1, Cd content of rice xiangwanxian 12 and Weiyou No. 46 in brown rice were decreased by 36.8%~52.6% and 53.3%~75.6%. in Weiyou 46 than xiangwanxian 12 more soil Cd to rice grain transport.
