【摘要】：青海省青南藏傳佛教寺院普遍存在青少年入寺為僧為尼的現(xiàn)象,對國民教育普及、青少年全面成長、經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展都造成了一定影響。為此,需進一步提升藏區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育水平,進一步完善寺院管理,繼續(xù)加快推進藏傳佛教寺院社會化治理,摸清現(xiàn)有入寺青少年底數(shù),綜合施策,拓寬藏區(qū)就業(yè)渠道,加快精準脫貧步伐,加強對家長的教育引導,建設(shè)文化高地,使社會主義核心價值觀深入人心。
[Abstract]:In Qingnan Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Qinghai province, the phenomenon that teenagers enter the temple and become a monk is common, which has a certain impact on the popularization of national education, the all-round growth of young people, and the development of economy and society. To this end, it is necessary to further improve the level of basic education in Tibetan areas, further improve the management of monasteries, continue to accelerate the socialization of Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, find out the existing minimum number of teenagers entering temples, comprehensively apply policies, and broaden the channels of employment in Tibetan areas. Speed up the pace of accurate poverty alleviation, strengthen parents' education and guide, build cultural highland, and make the socialist core values deeply rooted in the people's hearts.
