晚清潮汕中美文化融通中的基督徒喪葬禮

【摘要】：明清以降,中西文化交流成為中國史和世界史的重要面向。作為人生儀式中最重要的禮儀,喪葬禮的重構(gòu)逐漸受到西方文化的影響。開埠通商后,美北浸禮會傳教士將美國的喪葬禮元素輸入潮汕。晚清潮汕浸禮會信徒的喪葬禮主要基于宗教信仰和世俗生活的雙重考慮,以當?shù)貍鹘y(tǒng)喪葬禮為底本,祛除違背教會條規(guī)的部分,嵌入基督教儀式。嵌入的基督教儀式不僅參照了傳教士喪葬禮的實例,而且作了精心的在地化處理,生長出中國自己的基督教喪葬禮儀文化。
[Abstract]:In Ming and Qing dynasties, cultural exchange between China and the West became an important aspect of Chinese history and world history. As the most important ritual in life, the reconstruction of funeral ceremony is gradually influenced by western culture. After the opening of the port, the American Baptist missionaries imported American funeral elements into Chaoshan. The funeral ceremony of Chaoshan Baptist Church in the late Qing Dynasty was mainly based on the dual consideration of religious belief and secular life, taking the local traditional funeral ceremony as the base, dispel the part that was contrary to the rules of the church, and embed the Christian ceremony. The embedded Christian ritual not only referred to the example of the missionary funeral ceremony, but also made the careful treatment in the place, and grew out of the Chinese own Christian funeral ceremony culture.
