【摘要】：盧梭在《社會契約論》中較為系統(tǒng)地闡述了公民宗教。這是他為現(xiàn)代政教分離之后的世俗社會提供神性價值的嘗試。公民宗教旨在以簡單的教條促成公民對是非好壞的判斷。其后,貝拉對公民宗教做了進(jìn)一步闡釋,強(qiáng)調(diào)公民宗教神圣的非宗教定位,凸顯了憲政制度與公民宗教的相互依存關(guān)系。歸納起來講,公民宗教是立憲民主社會的公民習(xí)性訓(xùn)練方式,它依賴于憲政制度多于仰仗民俗習(xí)慣;它是現(xiàn)代的宗教形式,而不是傳統(tǒng)的由信仰神學(xué)、儀軌儀式與生活方式構(gòu)成的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)宗教。對一切嘗試儒教復(fù)興的人而言,要將世俗性與神圣性兼具的儒家學(xué)說完全改造成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)宗教,是一種不可能實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Rousseau systematically expounds the religion of citizens in the Theory of Social contract. This is his attempt to provide divine value to the secular society after the separation of church and state. Civic religion aims to promote citizens' judgment of right and wrong with simple dogma. Subsequently, Beira made a further interpretation of citizen religion, emphasizing the secular orientation of civil religion, highlighting the interdependence between constitutional system and citizen religion. To sum up, civic religion is a form of civic training in a constitutional democracy, which relies more on constitutional institutions than on folklore; it is a modern form of religion, not a traditional theology of faith. A standard religion consisting of rituals and lifestyles. For all those who try to revive Confucianism, it is an impossible goal to transform the Confucian doctrine, which combines secularism and sanctity, into a standard religion.
