【摘要】：正山東省基督教兩會(huì)緊緊圍繞黨和政府關(guān)于宗教人才培養(yǎng)的重要論述和決策部署,堅(jiān)持基督教中國(guó)化發(fā)展方向,全力加強(qiáng)新形勢(shì)下的宗教院校建設(shè),取得了階段性成果。一、發(fā)揮宗教團(tuán)體職能作用,全力推進(jìn)宗教院校工作。辦好宗教院校,提升教育質(zhì)量,直接關(guān)乎宗教發(fā)展的未來。山東省基督教兩會(huì)將加強(qiáng)神學(xué)院建設(shè)作為工作的重中之重,積極發(fā)揮全省性宗教團(tuán)體職能作用,堅(jiān)持正確辦學(xué)方向,規(guī)范教學(xué)管理,強(qiáng)化師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),全力推進(jìn)神學(xué)院的教育培訓(xùn)工作。
[Abstract]:The two conferences of Christianity in Shandong Province closely revolve around the important exposition and decision-making arrangement of the Party and the government on the cultivation of religious talents, adhere to the developing direction of Christianity in China, and make every effort to strengthen the construction of religious colleges and universities under the new situation, and have achieved periodic results. First, give full play to the role of religious groups and vigorously promote the work of religious institutions. Running good religious colleges and improving the quality of education is directly related to the future of religious development. The two conferences of Churches in Shandong Province have made strengthening the construction of seminaries a top priority in their work, actively exerting the functions of provincial religious groups, adhering to the correct direction of running schools, standardizing teaching management, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. All efforts should be made to promote the work of education and training in seminaries.
