岳峰，男，福建師范大學(xué)外國語學(xué)院教授、博士、研究生導(dǎo)師、翻譯系主任。1992年至今執(zhí)教于福建師范大學(xué)外國語學(xué)院，其間曾訪學(xué)美國耶魯大學(xué)、訪問部分澳洲教育機(jī)構(gòu)，在歐洲部分學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)研究，并多次參加國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議。在國內(nèi)外擔(dān)任翻譯工作，擔(dān)任過福建電視臺(tái)英語節(jié)目翻譯、主持人與翻譯審稿人，參與省福建省翻譯資格證書考試命題工作。已正式出版學(xué)術(shù)專著、譯著、工具書與教材七部（十本），約兩百六十萬字；在國內(nèi)外學(xué)刊正式發(fā)表論文三十多篇（含SSCI收錄與人大復(fù)印報(bào)刊轉(zhuǎn)載的論文）；參與、主持國家部委級(jí)、省級(jí)、廳級(jí)與校級(jí)課題及國際橫向課題11項(xiàng)，23次獲各級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(含省、市社科聯(lián)獎(jiǎng))。
