“一帶一路”倡議實施中的荷蘭宗教風(fēng)險研究

【摘要】：本文從7個維度分析和評估在"一帶一路"倡議實施中荷蘭存在的宗教風(fēng)險。研究表明,荷蘭世俗化程度高,整體宗教風(fēng)險低,當(dāng)前荷蘭的宗教風(fēng)險主要表現(xiàn)在宗教極端勢力和恐怖襲擊、跨國宗教風(fēng)險兩個維度上,由此當(dāng)前荷蘭宗教有一定的"現(xiàn)實安全風(fēng)險";研究還確定了需對四個可能會增大荷蘭宗教風(fēng)險的變量進行關(guān)注:荷蘭伊斯蘭教的發(fā)展是否會引起宗教信仰格局變化;非基督宗教政黨是否可能發(fā)展成為主要政黨;民粹主義和極右翼政黨的發(fā)展是否會導(dǎo)致出臺新的法律政策重新定義政教關(guān)系;在外部局勢影響下,排外主義、種族主義、反穆斯林等的發(fā)展是否會影響到宗教教派間的穩(wěn)定。這四個變量也是荷蘭宗教"潛在人文風(fēng)險"的關(guān)注點。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and evaluates the religious risks in the Netherlands in the implementation of Belt and Road's initiative from seven dimensions. Studies show that the Netherlands has a high degree of secularization and low overall religious risk. At present, the religious risks in the Netherlands are mainly manifested in the dimensions of religious extremist forces and terrorist attacks, and transnational religious risks. Therefore, there is a certain "realistic security risk" in Dutch religion at present, and the study also determines the need to pay attention to four variables that may increase the religious risk in the Netherlands: whether the development of Islam in the Netherlands will cause changes in the pattern of religious belief; Whether the non-Christian political parties are likely to develop into major political parties; whether the development of populist and far-right parties will lead to the introduction of new legal policies to redefine the relationship between the state and religion; and whether, under the influence of the external situation, xenophobia, racism, Whether the development of anti-Muslims will affect the stability of religious sects. These four variables are also the focus of Dutch religion's "potential humanistic risk".
