宗教文化對金融體系的影響

【摘要】： 不同的民族有著各自特殊的文化傳承、社會背景以及由此產(chǎn)生的思維方式和價值觀念。宗教是文化的一個重要組成部分,信仰不同宗教的人群自然也產(chǎn)生了不同的經(jīng)濟行為,再通過生產(chǎn)方式、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營理念、科技創(chuàng)新等途徑推動著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,一定程度上促成了一國金融體系的形成。有關(guān)宗教文化對金融體系影響這一領(lǐng)域的研究相對空白,本文主要就受根深蒂固儒家文化影響的中國和崇尚伊斯蘭文化的阿聯(lián)酋進行金融體系的比較,從宗教文化角度考察兩國金融體系的差異。 本文先解釋了宗教文化對一國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、金融體系形成的影響,再對有著不同宗教文化背景的中國和阿聯(lián)酋進行直接融資市場和間接融資市場的比較。兩國直接融資市場發(fā)展程度相近基本都達到了弱勢有效,間接融資市場上由于伊斯蘭金融的獨特性使阿聯(lián)酋市場有著較高的穩(wěn)定性與經(jīng)營效率。然而2009年底卻引爆了迪拜債務(wù)危機,本文進一步對此次危機作了個案分析,得出的結(jié)論是此次危機的發(fā)生與迪拜本身的伊斯蘭金融體系并非有著直接的關(guān)聯(lián),從危機發(fā)展的程度與結(jié)果來看反而更顯示了伊斯蘭金融的優(yōu)勢。由于伊斯蘭金融體系相對安全穩(wěn)定的獨特性,本文之后提出了系列中國引進伊斯蘭金融資本以及走向伊斯蘭世界的政策意見。通過審慎地引入伊斯蘭金融體系,去深化與完善我國金融體系的發(fā)展,使其走向更為健康的發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Different nationalities have their own special cultural heritage, social background and the resulting mode of thinking and values. Religion is an important part of culture. People who believe in different religions naturally produce different economic behaviors, and then promote social and economic development through the means of production, industrial structure, business philosophy, scientific and technological innovation, etc. To some extent contributed to the formation of a country's financial system. The research on the influence of religious culture on the financial system is relatively blank. This paper compares the financial system between China, which is influenced by deep-rooted Confucian culture, and the United Arab Emirates, which advocates Islamic culture. The differences between the two countries' financial systems are examined from the angle of religious culture. This paper first explains the influence of religious culture on a country's economic development and the formation of financial system, then compares the direct and indirect financing markets between China and the United Arab Emirates with different religious and cultural backgrounds. The development of direct financing markets in the two countries has basically reached a weak and effective level. Because of the uniqueness of Islamic finance, the UAE market has a high stability and operational efficiency. However, at the end of 2009, the Dubai debt crisis was detonated. This paper makes a case study of the crisis, and concludes that the crisis is not directly related to the Islamic financial system of Dubai itself. The extent and outcome of the crisis show the advantages of Islamic finance. Due to the uniqueness of the relative security and stability of the Islamic financial system, this paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions for China to introduce Islamic financial capital and move towards the Islamic world. By introducing Islamic financial system prudently, we can deepen and perfect the development of our country's financial system and make it develop healthily.
