【摘要】：僧職是辦理具體寺務(wù)的職能機構(gòu),在叢林中起著輔助住持、服務(wù)僧眾、維持共住秩序的重要作用。僧職的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、運作機制以及權(quán)責(zé)關(guān)系可以統(tǒng)稱為僧職制度。明清叢林僧職制度承繼宋元制度文化傳統(tǒng),組織管理更加規(guī)范化、制度化,呈現(xiàn)出多元并存的局面,在中國寺院制度發(fā)展史上有著重要而不可忽視的歷史地位。
[Abstract]:The ministry of monk is the function organization of dealing with the specific temple affairs, which plays an important role in assisting abbot, serving the monks and maintaining the order of living together in the jungle. The organizational structure, operation mechanism and the relationship between power and responsibility of monk's office can be called the system of monk's office. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Jungle Monk system inherited the cultural tradition of Song and Yuan dynasties, and its organization and management became more standardized and institutionalized, showing a situation of multiple coexistence, which played an important and unnegligible historical role in the history of the development of Chinese monastery system.
