【摘要】： 俄羅斯是一個(gè)舉世皆知的大國,在國際政治舞臺(tái)上發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。近年來,俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)了迅速回升的趨勢,2000年以來更是出現(xiàn)了跳躍式的增長,GDP增長率高達(dá)9%;同時(shí),中俄兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來日益頻繁,中俄合資企業(yè)如雨后春筍般地出現(xiàn)。在這一背景下,對(duì)俄羅斯式管理進(jìn)行深入研究,具有很強(qiáng)的理論意義及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。另一方面,俄羅斯地處歐亞兩個(gè)大陸之間,既是歐洲又是亞洲,既是東方又是西方。其獨(dú)特的地理位置造就了一種獨(dú)特的文化,即一種在東西方文化影響下的雙重文化。基于此,本文在對(duì)俄羅斯歷史、文化及宗教這三個(gè)維度深入分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,參照了著名的跨文化管理學(xué)者克拉克洪和斯喬貝克(Kluckhohn/Strodtbeck)以及萊恩和迪斯特芬諾(Lane/Distefano)的相關(guān)論述,從世界觀、人性觀、人際關(guān)系、行為取向、思維方式、空間觀及時(shí)間觀這7個(gè)方面總結(jié)了基于東正教文明的俄羅斯管理特質(zhì)。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處: 1、在參照克拉克洪和斯喬貝克(Kluckhohn/Strodtbeck)以及萊恩和迪斯特芬諾(Lane/Distefano)相關(guān)論述的基礎(chǔ)上,從7個(gè)方面總結(jié)出了俄羅斯獨(dú)特的基于東正教文明的管理特質(zhì)。 2、通過對(duì)俄羅斯歷史、文化和宗教這三個(gè)維度的深入研究,具體展開分析基于東正教文明的俄羅斯式管理方面。 3、通過對(duì)7個(gè)案例的深入分析,形象地說明了基于東正教文明的俄羅斯式管理特質(zhì),總結(jié)了與俄羅斯人打交道、做生意的方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),為中俄兩國企業(yè)的深入合作提供了一些具有操作性的管理技巧。
[Abstract]:Russia is a world-wide-known power, playing a pivotal role in the international political arena. In recent years, the Russian economy has rebounded rapidly, and since 2000 there has been a jump in GDP growth as high as 9 percent. At the same time, the economic and trade exchanges between China and Russia have become increasingly frequent, and Sino-Russian joint ventures have sprung up. In this context, the in-depth study of Russian management has strong theoretical and practical significance. Russia, on the other hand, lies between Europe and Asia, east and west. Its unique geographical location has created a unique culture, that is, a dual culture under the influence of Eastern and Western cultures. Based on this, based on the in-depth analysis of the three dimensions of Russian history, culture and religion, this paper makes reference to the relevant expositions of the famous cross-cultural management scholars Kluck hohnr Strodtbeck and Laner / Distefano. This paper summarizes the Russian management characteristics based on the Eastern Orthodox civilization from seven aspects: world view, human nature view, interpersonal relationship, behavior orientation, mode of thinking, space view and time view. The innovations of this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of the references to Clarkhohn / Strodtbeck and Lane and Laner Distefano, This paper summarizes the unique management characteristics of Russia based on the Eastern Orthodox civilization from seven aspects. 2. Through the in-depth study of the three dimensions of Russian history, culture and religion, By analyzing the Russian style of management based on the Eastern Orthodox civilization. 3. Through the in-depth analysis of 7 cases, this paper vividly explains the Russian management characteristics based on the Eastern Orthodox Civilization. This paper summarizes the methods and experiences of dealing with and doing business with Russians, and provides some operable management skills for the further cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises.
