【摘要】：文化政策是國(guó)家文化意志的體現(xiàn)。以文化政策為視角研究上海三官信仰習(xí)俗的當(dāng)代變遷歷程,有助于認(rèn)識(shí)文化政策與民間信仰習(xí)俗變遷之間的關(guān)系。1949年以來(lái),國(guó)家從排斥到認(rèn)同三官信仰習(xí)俗,是不同時(shí)期文化政策影響的結(jié)果。從1949到1977年,國(guó)家通過(guò)文化政策強(qiáng)勢(shì)革舊立新,三官信仰習(xí)俗銷聲匿跡;從1978到2004年,國(guó)家調(diào)整文化政策后,城市三官信仰習(xí)俗得以恢復(fù)和重構(gòu),但鄉(xiāng)村習(xí)俗未得到認(rèn)同;從2005年起,國(guó)家對(duì)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)日益重視,三官信仰習(xí)俗獲得認(rèn)同并得以發(fā)展。隨著文化政策的調(diào)整和文化發(fā)展的自主性,上海三官信仰習(xí)俗在得以傳承的同時(shí),還呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Cultural policy is the embodiment of national cultural will. From the perspective of cultural policy, it is helpful to understand the relationship between cultural policy and folk belief and customs. It is the result of the influence of cultural policy in different periods. From 1949 to 1977, the state reformed the old and the new strongly through the cultural policy, and the customs of the three official beliefs disappeared, from 1978 to 2004, after the state adjusted the cultural policy, the customs of the city's three officials' beliefs were restored and reconstructed, but the rural customs were not recognized. Since 2005, the state has paid more and more attention to the protection of intangible cultural heritage. With the adjustment of cultural policy and the autonomy of cultural development, the customs of the three official beliefs in Shanghai have been passed on, and at the same time, they have shown a diversified trend of development.
