【摘要】：本文首先從《天主教法典》和"梵二"大公會(huì)議文獻(xiàn)——《主教在教會(huì)內(nèi)牧靈職務(wù)法令》出發(fā),對(duì)作為羅馬教宗行使普世訓(xùn)導(dǎo)權(quán)的輔助機(jī)構(gòu)和普世天主教會(huì)的中央行政機(jī)構(gòu)的羅馬教廷的教會(huì)法定位進(jìn)行了清晰的界定;進(jìn)而從教會(huì)史的角度,分別分析了古代、中世紀(jì)和現(xiàn)代等不同歷史階段,羅馬從無到有,從簡(jiǎn)單到復(fù)雜所發(fā)生的巨大變遷;最后,著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了20世紀(jì)的幾次改革對(duì)其當(dāng)今面貌、功能的塑造所起的重要作用,以期感興趣的人士對(duì)羅馬教廷能有一個(gè)更為明晰、準(zhǔn)確的認(rèn)知。
[Abstract]:First of all, this article starts from the Catholic Code and the document of the "Brahmo II" Grand Duke Council, "the order of bishops' pastoral duties in the church". This paper clearly defines the position of church law of the Holy see, which is the auxiliary institution of the pope's exercise of universal discipline and the central administrative organ of the universal Catholic Church, and then analyzes the ancient times from the perspective of the history of the church. At different stages of history, such as the Middle Ages and the modern era, Rome underwent tremendous changes from scratch, from simplicity to complexity. Finally, it emphasized the important role played by several reforms in the 20th century in shaping its present appearance and function. In the hope that interested people can have a clearer and more accurate understanding of the Holy see.
