【摘要】：近年來,國際社會對國際宗教非政府組織在發(fā)展援助中的作用關(guān)注日甚。該類組織兼具非政府組織和宗教性雙重特征。文章采用開放系統(tǒng)的分析框架,從世俗環(huán)境和宗教環(huán)境兩方面對其國際發(fā)展援助行為進行探討。在相同的世俗環(huán)境的作用下,在援助內(nèi)容和方式等方面,國際宗教非政府組織與世俗非政府組織表現(xiàn)出一定的趨同。在宗教環(huán)境的影響下,與世俗組織不同,國際宗教非政府組織多將發(fā)展援助置于其信仰框架內(nèi),奉行"救世與救心"并舉的原則,但其強調(diào)的重點不盡相同:在基督宗教內(nèi)部,福音派或基要派背景的組織側(cè)重于將國際援助視為福音傳播途徑式的"救心",在此方面,美國背景的組織更甚于西歐;而自由派或主流教會則更傾向于宏觀的社會結(jié)構(gòu)變革,其活動方式更接近與世俗組織,其"救心"表現(xiàn)為受本宗教教義所指引,體現(xiàn)人之尊嚴(yán)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international community has paid much attention to the role of International Religious NGOs in development assistance. This kind of organization has both non-governmental and religious characteristics. The article uses an open system analysis framework to discuss the international development assistance behavior from two aspects of the secular environment and the religious environment. Under the influence of the religious environment, the International Religious NGOs are different from the secular organizations, and the International Religious NGOs put the development aid in the framework of their belief and put forward the principle of "saving the world and saving the heart", but the emphasis is on the importance of the International Religious NGOs. It is not the same: in the Christian religion, the evangelical or fundamentalist organizations focus on the "rescue" of international aid as the way of the transmission of the gospel. In this respect, the United States is more organized than Western Europe, and the liberal or mainstream church is more inclined to macro social structure change, and its activities are closer to the secular organization, The expression of "saving heart" is guided by this religious doctrine and embodies human dignity.
