【摘要】：目前,我國社會正經(jīng)歷著劇烈的變革,城市化加速、新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的推進,所產(chǎn)生的各類影響和效果,越來越成為學(xué)界和社會普遍關(guān)注的焦點。在西北保安族撒拉族人口較少民族聚居的鄉(xiāng)村,清真寺作為伊斯蘭文化的有形載體,從其誕生時就承載了多方面的社會功能,發(fā)揮著與城市社區(qū)不同的社會功能。本文基于甘青保安撒拉族若干農(nóng)村社區(qū)的田野調(diào)查,對清真寺在穆斯林社區(qū)的運行機制、社會功能進行了較為詳細的論述,并就清真寺與鄉(xiāng)村治理的關(guān)系進行了較為深入的探討。認為多元力量的互動博弈是穆斯林社區(qū)的鄉(xiāng)村治理的特點；清真寺在鄉(xiāng)村治理中的合理性與合法性問題應(yīng)予以重視。在西北農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進程中,以清真寺為代表的地方性知識必須積極調(diào)適以適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的需求。而民族社會工作介入穆斯林社區(qū)發(fā)展,將是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展必然采取的模式之一,這是一個值得永久關(guān)注的話題,行動起來也任重而道遠!
[Abstract]:At present, the society of our country is going through the drastic transformation, the urbanization accelerates, the new countryside construction advancement, produces each kind of influence and the effect, becomes the academic circles and the society universal concern more and more the focal point. As a tangible carrier of Islamic culture, mosques have carried many social functions and played a different social function from the time of their birth in the villages inhabited by minority ethnic groups of Sala nationality in northwest China. Based on the field investigation in some rural communities of Ganqing Baozala nationality, this paper discusses in detail the operation mechanism and social function of mosques in Muslim communities. The relationship between mosque and rural governance is discussed in depth. It is considered that the interactive game of multiple forces is the characteristic of rural governance in Muslim communities, and the rationality and legitimacy of mosques in rural governance should be paid more attention to. In the process of rural modernization in northwest China, the local knowledge represented by mosques must be adjusted actively to meet the needs of social development. The intervention of national social work in the development of Muslim communities will be one of the inevitable models to realize the development of rural modernization. This is a topic worthy of permanent attention, and it has a long way to go when it comes to action.
