【摘要】：在中國(guó)近代企業(yè)中,企業(yè)家的思想往往輻射成為企業(yè)的精神與文化,這一現(xiàn)象也廣泛存在于由基督徒企業(yè)家所創(chuàng)辦的企業(yè)之中。受基督徒企業(yè)家虔誠(chéng)的個(gè)人信仰影響,他們所創(chuàng)辦的企業(yè)多以基督教理念為基礎(chǔ)來(lái)建立企業(yè)的核心精神,從而使基督精神滲透在企業(yè)的管理與經(jīng)營(yíng)中,形成近代史上獨(dú)具特色的基督化企業(yè)。然而一部分近代基督徒企業(yè)家雖然在創(chuàng)立民族企業(yè)之伊始,就給它們披上了一層基督化外衣,但隨著其發(fā)展與嬗變又弱化了企業(yè)文化中的基督教理念,使得其基督教成分顯得若隱若現(xiàn),這種介乎于兩者之間非嚴(yán)格意義上的基督化企業(yè)即為帶有基督教色彩的非基督化企業(yè)。筆者擬就近代中國(guó)該類型企業(yè)之代表先施公司進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,首先通過(guò)對(duì)該公司發(fā)展歷程之把握以及就其創(chuàng)辦者馬應(yīng)彪生平和基督教事業(yè)的討論掌握該公司基督教色彩形成的根源。此外,筆者還對(duì)先施公司的基督教特色進(jìn)行深入的剖析以探究馬應(yīng)彪的基督教思想對(duì)于其之滲透,并在此基礎(chǔ)上將其與基督化企業(yè)之典范——東亞公司進(jìn)行比較研究,從而挖掘兩者在基督化程度上之異同。
[Abstract]:In modern Chinese enterprises, the thoughts of entrepreneurs often radiate into the spirit and culture of enterprises, and this phenomenon also widely exists in the enterprises founded by Christian entrepreneurs. Influenced by the religious personal beliefs of Christian entrepreneurs, most of the enterprises they set up are based on the Christian concept to establish the core spirit of the enterprise, thus making the Christian spirit permeate into the management and management of the enterprise. The formation of the modern history of the unique characteristics of the Christian enterprises. However, some modern Christian entrepreneurs put a layer of Christian coat on them at the beginning of the founding of national enterprises, but with its development and evolution weakened the Christian concept in the corporate culture. It makes its Christian component appear, and this kind of non-Christian enterprise in the non-strict sense between the two is the non-Christian enterprise with Christian color. The author intends to carry out a case study on the representative of this type of enterprise in modern China. First, through the grasp of the development course of the company and the discussion on the life of its founder Ma Yingbiao and the Christian cause, the root of the formation of Christian color of the company is grasped. In addition, the author makes a deep analysis of the Christian characteristics of Shenshi Company in order to explore the infiltration of Ma Yingbiao's Christian thought, and on this basis, compares it with East Asia Corporation, a model of Christicized enterprise. In order to explore the degree of Christization of the two similarities and differences.
