【摘要】：正針對一段時期以來放生活動出現(xiàn)的社會和生態(tài)問題,包括隨意亂放外來物種,導致本地物種瀕臨滅絕;進行大規(guī)模、超負荷放生,破壞生態(tài)平衡;不顧生物習性,誤將生物置于不適宜生存的環(huán)境中;不考慮他人安全,隨意亂放危險動物;不注意動物檢疫,隨意放生留下傳播疾病的隱患;有些地方甚至形成了專門捕撈動物、出售供放生、放生后再捕撈的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等等,國家宗教事務局于7月30日在北京邀請中國佛教協(xié)會、中國道教協(xié)會、環(huán)境保護部、農(nóng)業(yè)部、國家林業(yè)局、清華大學、中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學、中國野生動物保護協(xié)會等方面代表,召開
